Baking should be done all in convection mode?? If so, what should be the proper directions?
After preheating the oven the oven auto starts to cool down, so how can we use the cool oven??

Oven will start cool down after the cooking is done not after preheating.
For preheat just select temperature and press start twice, once preheat is done rotate knob to set time and press start.
