To people not understanding the point system. In order of which bar is what point amount : Everyone that thinks this doesn't look at it professionally. It's easy to knock someone's bolos off the 3 point ring (on top) it's almost damn near impossible to knock off the opponents bottom bola for 1 point taken off. Sometimes you only have to score one point to get 21. So the bottom one is not just worth more in points, it's the one hard shot that you have to make to get the one point you need to make 21.
Great game! My wife got me a sweet set that is made of wood and the rungs are metal. Breaks down into a nice beachy carrying case. They only issue I had was the bolas. They sucked, like a soft plastic with sand in them. I just bought a real set so all good.
We've always played the bottom rung is 3 points. I've been playing since we had to make our own, and it was called horse balls. Met some folks on the infield at the Daytona 500 in 2002, and we've turned ALOTTA people onto the game. We live in Virginia Beach and the tourists go nuts when they see us playing on the beach. I've watched 4 other vids on LB, and all of them have 3 on the top. It's harder to hit the bottom rung than the top... by far. We play 15ft apart, top 1, middle 2, bottom 3. 21 points EXACT to win. If both teams are good, we will say that the points are disqualified if the other team can land on the same rungs WITH ALL 3 SHOTS. It's not easy to knock em off the rung, so it makes for a more competitive game and precise tosses. And if there isn't many people to play, it makes the game last longer. It's much easier than making horseshoe pits in the back yard. Not heavy, like shoes, for the youngins. But keep a watchful eye on em because of the rope between the golf balls. The "Bolo" when used as a weapon can be extremely dangerous. And I have seen the ropes be long enough for a kid to wrap it around their necks. What do ya expect, they're kids. Have a great backyard summer! Be safe, & God Bless n keep you and yours safe!
100%. was looking for this comment. we play the same. it is a risk to go for the bottom rung because if you miss you get 0. But if you go for middle or top and miss you could fall short and land lower. And for scoring we would do cancel out scoring. So if one team scored 5 points and the other 6, then the team that scored 6 gets 1 point. shuffle board style I guess. but if other people are waiting to play it is better to make the scoring easier. WHAT I DO LIKE in this video is the introduction of 3 on the same rod or 1 on each rod. That is fun mechanic that I am adding on!
Hello I want to ask you about your experience for these kind of indoor games I mean why do you prefer physical games instead of online games. Please do answer my question. It will help me a lot😊
@fraz gill well sir it was a wonderful experience because it is a lot of fun to play it with friends especially when we are having get to gether and it is refreshing for your mental health too so mostly I do enjoy these physical games.

seems like if you are going to make an instructional video you should give the proper instructions.....top rung its 1 point middle is 2 and lowest is 3 also the ladders should be set staggered from each other so you aren't trying to stand next to one and throw at an angle. have you ever even played this?
I thought the same thing. Even the manufacturer has it as 3 points top, 1 point bottom. But I went to the official rules on laddergolf.com and this is how they list it. Doesn't really make sense to me as the bottom rung is more difficult, to me, than the top. I'm going to keep playing it my way lol

We only have one ladder we put it in the middle between two teams. But that’s just us. We’re crazy out here in Pennsylvania. 😊
According to the rules I've seen elsewhere, the players alternate throws, not throw all of theirs before the other player.

@@SaadiSaad-ty1mo thank you so much for your answer
This is a fun game. My friends son has us playing this or corn hole.
This game is so fun!
How do points cancel? Is it only possible if bolas are on the same rung?
Isn’t it 3pts for the bottom wrung and 1pt for the top?
Yes it is. Video is incorrect

Some versions actually play it this way but I don’t think it matters that much

I even saw how to play that on Triple S Games.
I seen two ladies throwing two balls in a rope and found the game,, The new lawn darts
