Nassau has a brand-spanking new port. Designed to accommodate multiple mega-ships at one time, it's a modern marvel of engineering. And with the MSC Meraviglia's Yacht Club, we got priority access.

The port is laid out great and they even took into account the future. With 4 ships in Nassau that day, there were a good amount of people but it didn’t feel overcrowded. Night and day difference. 🤩

Lovely video :-) The evil eye thing is very common in the middle east. There's a belief that it attracts people's gaze, those who wish ill upon you. It is said to distract them from looking at you (the owner) with that evil gaze and essentially jinxing you, for lack of better term. It can be put inside your house on display, outside, and many people wear it as jewelry, usually a necklace. Cheers!

I have a Turkish brother in law
The eye things called that because it "wards of evil." It's hung or displayed outside the home as protection. They're also part of Mediterranean culture and some parts if Asia.
