To even ADMIT to "flying around the cabin" just shows the possible inexperience (and probable exaggeration) of that person (or paid actors in the video)-- normally, pilots will warn you of turbulence and advise you to fasten seatbelts -- THIS MEANS EVERYONE -- and pilots are, many times, AWARE of turbulent areas in advance, because they know WHERE they can occur, and often, PIREPS or "pilot reports" or "NOTAMS" (notices to airmen) from other pilots who have experienced a turbulent area will report it. Many pilots fly the same "tracks" or lanes through the sky, every day and will often know about possible areas they can skirt that are prone to turbulence. "Clear air turbulence" -- (CAT) is sometimes encountered because it does not show up on radar and it may be so momentary that Pireps are not available. (That's why it pays to keep your seatbelt on!) And yes, I've been there, both as a pilot and passenger!
A bit over-dramatized, but turbulence will increase along with global climate warming, although severe turbulence is rare. That's why you should ALWAYS leave your seatbelt fastened during flight. Usually your pilot will tell you when to expect some turbulence, then just tighten it a bit, which you should do during takeoff and landing anyway. All passenger aircraft are designed to withstand FAR more turbulence than is usually experienced during flight. So keep calm, do NOT squeal or scream, which only serves to frighten others; control yourself, your flight crew will take good care of you, pilots have much worse thrown at them in flight simulators and flight testing, they KNOW how to handle the aircraft safely.

Well, climate is weather, and OUR weather is becoming warmer here on earth, so that IS climate change.
