    Hey with this program the cars still end up crashing eventually.

      it takes about 10 mins plus but it does crash eventually

    This isn't very helpful, it's just an explanation of the exercise. Do the programming live, show the timer fill in, how you build and label the rungs, everything. Do a legit tutorial, I don't know what anyone is getting out of this.

    On rung 3 your red light is supposed to only be a mas of 13 seconds long including a 1 second timer delay, by having a 14 second delay you have not met the requirements of the student exercise which asks for 13 seconds of each red light. please repost at that point

      That is incorrect. Read the last sentence on the requirement. It clearly states (2) 1-second delays in one cycle.
