I booked a ticket on 6th march and cancelled it on 31st march. Irctc is saying they have refunded it. I went to the branch they updated my passbook and checked in their suspense/ pool account but did not find my money. Irctc is saying ask the bank to issue a denial letter saying they dont have the amount. Bank is not doing so. I am at a loss as to where to go. Will be going to the branch today to fight with the manager. Lets c

@@vivekyt2428 first met the bank manager and told him firmly abt the issue, second tagged the bank and irctc on twitter to complaint. I dont know wat worked, the bank manager or twitter but got my money after a month
