i wasnt sure what to think when they said Lizzy Hale was going to sing with Skid Row.. but im blown away, she sounds great!! i think it has been reported she won't be the permanent singer, but i kind of wish she would be.. has the sound we love from old school Skid Row, can hit the notes -- and puts on a great show.. thanks so much for sharing!
I think she was trying to "guy up" her voice too much. There's no reason to sing with distortion/scratchiness the entire gig. Plenty of songs call for clean singing such as "I Remember You" but she spent the whole time trying to be raspy. It's just disappointing.

Not even a huge Halestorm fan but for some reason this works and Lzzy sounds amazing and makes Skid Row exciting again! I would totally pay to see this! Unfortunately for Skid boys, Halestorm is bigger and Lzzy makes more cash with her own band to commit to Skid Row. I really like this !!!!!
Actually a fan of both was just lucky It came up today. I really enjoyed it. Good job audible witch can be tough with a cell phone. Thanks I'll catch the tour now that I see what to expect. And hope Lizzy is still there. Definitely a treat on vocals.
No doubt she does these songs justice......I really wish the band and Bach would check their issues and egos behind and reunite. The tour would be EPIC!!!
Skid Row is better with Lzzy Hale than Sebastian Bach, and Skid Row with Lzzy Hale is much better than Halestorm. This lineup should be made permanent.
just an ok Cover band now. I love HAlestorm... His voice was Unique... ITs sounds forced vocally but I cant do any better so who am I to judge. Jut sad they cant play for 90 - 120 minutes a night for the fans and then go about their lives. It was the right opportunity to try it out... 4 shows and see how it goes.
It’s refreshing to hear a female voice in these songs. She’s a great performer but really stretching it on the high notes. No one sings like Sebastian Bach.
She's ok but sounds like she's struggling to hit the notes properly, which is understandable. Skid Row without the proper amount of vibrato seems wrong to me!
I have never liked anyone in the band except Bas until Eric was there. He sung the songs like he felt them. I am fine with Lizzy, but this just sounds like it belongs on the Voice or some Karaoke bar versions of the songs. I get that they don't want to do the whole reunion thing, but I think they should go see Bas sing these things live still and they may feel a little different.
