directTOFILM DTF Textile 600mm Printer Assemble Guide with DTF Powder Shaking Machine

In this video, we show you how to unbox and assemble the directTOFILM DTF Textile 600mm Printer and Shaker combo.
Starting off with the shaker, we remove the screws from the top and sides of the container and remove the side panels. We then cut and remove the plastic wrapping. The rollers are then removed from under the machine and then the unit is taken off the base. Using the wheels, wheel it into position and lock the wheels. Then remove the contents from the unit and place next to the shaker.
Next, we go to the printer, and remove the screws and panels. Then cut the bubble wrap and remove it. Place the printer and contents into a group ready for assembly.
We are now going to assemble the printer. Start by taking the legs, stand them up and attaching the feet bars with screws. Then attach the top bracket and use the screws to tighten the bracket.
Now install the middle bar to stabilize the legs. Make sure to get all the bolts secure and the punched-out numbers facing forwards. We are not ready to attach the wheels to the bottom of the feet. Once this is done, place the legs on the ground, with the wheels locked.
Then place the printer above the legs, line up the holes and use the screws to secure the printer to the legs.
We now need to place the ink tank on top of the printer. The ink tank gets screwed into place. Then we attach the roller arms to the side of the legs. The rollers are then slid into these brackets. The mechanisms for the rollers need to also be attached to the rollers.
Lastly, we need to install the ink waste bottle to the side of the stand. We need to pull the ink waste tubes from the ink tank and place them into the waste tubes.
We are then ready to set up the shaker. We use the screws to attach the handle to the unit. We then install the fan unit arms onto the sides of the shaker. Once the arms are secured, we can attach the fans to the arms using screws. We then plug the fans into the machine.
We then attach the roller arms ontothe shaker. Make sure that the arms are at the widest distance apart. Lastly, install the rollers and mechanism into the roller arms. Don't forget to pop the plastic caps into place, to give the rollers a finished look. We then plug the roller mechanism into the machine, and you are done!
The printer and shaker can now be moved into place using the wheels. You just need a technician to install the printer dampers.
