Que belo trabalho de Paull Green. Contando com a excelente ajuda neste dia de Jon Anderson uma bela voz. Que oportunidade boa para essa garotada que já vai se iniciando com a música de qualidade que sempre o Yes nós forneceu. Go !
Mr. Anderson has had health problems over the years, but looks to be in good shape. Wonder what the on-again-off-again situation is with Howe and Wakeman at present. Off--each performs separately. Good that Jon spends time with these kids; I'm sure none of them will ever forget performing with the original (co)-writer and lead singer of the material onstage with them.
Yeah, I've always thought that was a great song. That was the first Yes concert tour that I saw - the "Going for the One" tour. I was 16 (9/3/77). I loved it - they were great. I forgot about that - that it was a "Wakeman-comeback album". Honestly, they've had a revolving door at times, but I would say that I see the core Yes group as Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, Steve Howe, Rick Wakeman and Alan White.
@@MJSabean I think Bill Bruford has as much a claim to being the "Yes drummer" as anyone, IMHO. Bruford has the best prog-rock credentials of anybody--King Crimson, Genesis, and, of course, Yes.
@@MJSabean They argue, sue each other, get back together, etc., etc. Been going on for a half century. Squire was the only member of the group to stick with it from the beginning.
@@steelers6titles Agreed Bruford is my "Yes" drummer. First album I heard was Close to the Edge and then Fragile - Bruford's non-classic drumming blows my mind. Alan has served Yes through all those later albums (the majority) but that feel was lost when Bill left. All personal opions and preferences of course :)
Much more better than any other non-original member tribute band out there.
This lives!
Great clip. Shows that the Ion Anderson / YES music is not for dancing but for listening.

I'm 60 years old and to see those young girls get into it like that is a bit too much for me!

Nice to hear "Wondrous Stories" from the Wakeman-comeback album "Going For The One".
