If you have already changed the Kit . But problem not solved means the problems are coming from the parts mounted with Picture Tube . so it might be occurred due to Yoke coil mismatching or damaged partially. Please check it .
Any driver transformer could be used here if it is matching with secondary current drawing of Horizontal out put transistor. Unless original driver should be used.
Have you adjust pre-set the power supply? Look at the damper capacitors on the side of EHT I think EHT is becoming high current. You can change the EHT. TV picture has become bigger? This can happen even if the picture tube is bad. Thank you
