An MT07 still feels like a tempting prospect - they sound pretty immense with a pipe on them, and I reckon would be bags of fun too!

Such an amazing range of bikes with the cp2 engine, I’d definitely do it if you can! I do miss my old xsr700 such an amazing bike, sounded great and such a blast to ride, very playful bikes. I’ll be tempted to get one back someday
I put the tec bike parts system on mine in 2018 I think. Was like £250 and sounded amazing!
