Great video, man! It is great to see someone who knows what the Strike Eagle is about and what to do with it. This is the kind of thing that the F-15E was made to do: deep inside enemy territory, hit 'em before they know what hit them, get out and fight your way out if necessary. As you said, I hope ED or Razbam continues to develop this module. It easily has the potential to be the most powerful plane in the sim. And Magnificent, is a good way to define the Mudhen.
The SA-10 Grumble is the NATO codename for the S-300. That is one beast you do not want wake. Luckily you succeded in avoiding that. That thing has an engagement zone the size of some area codes. Good ingress, good hits on targets, good egress, and good return.
@@RaptorRising I spent a lot of money buying the WinWing gear specifically for the Eagle, the EX HOTAS, so I'm holding out hope that it wasn't wasted money.
With the ongoing situation between Razbam and DCS, I've read about issues regarding radar and tracking, among other bugs. Have you noticed any degradation in quality when playing this module?
There was a bug that popped up with the radar but it was a date related issue that was actually able to be patched. There are a couple of bugs that stand with the module, the worst being sync between pilot and wso in multi-crew. The only other one I can think of is the smart weapon munitions selection which sometimes won't let you select all of the ordinance to program but this can be worked around. Otherwise everything still works... for the time being.
