Nice pfp bro

Linus genes inside of him
The rare genetic mutation that makes you drop important things at the wrong moments.
Are you saying he's part asian like Linus' kids?
the packaging is excellent for the intended goal of being 100% recyclable and with no single use plastic bags or tabs. it's all just paper and cardboard
@@fabi1951 probably expected about 4 accessories including extra swithces and keycaps.
For that price you'd expect gold-plate covering the outside and velvet on the inside.
@@MaipuruSyrupclearly you’ve never looked at the snap on screw driver, my father in law uses all snap on from his job (which they had purchased before he started and let him have it and the thing cost $500) and coming to my house and using the ltt one even he went and bought one to use at work. For the price (which is a little high I don’t deny it) it’s honestly amazing.

Project farm did a review. The LTT screwdriver outperformed every other one
Yeah but 7/10 because…bad packaging? lol. Such a dumb reason.
@@CinemaStevefrankly the less packaging the better for the environment
@@My1xT and that was LTT's goal. Less useless packaging but still good enough packaging for a high end product.
@@CinemaSteveHe never said it was scored for the packaging.
@@dtester lol he never said it was scored for anything. just pulled 7/10 out of his ass.
***Project Farm has entered the chat***
You effectively said nothing here. What a waste of time.
For real. Actually no substance in this review at all.
Best part is.. he gave it a basic 7/10 with 0 idea as to why. Then had the balls to bring up the issues LTT was having as if his channel is the most popular review channel. This was sad, and downright just a bad video
@@ryandagostino344 I'm not sure why you are so irritated, its clearly a joke review, all the other short reviews SquashyBoy does are, I know TH-cam shorts are kind of shotgun blasted out to random people so you likely didn't know that... Also this short came out back in august right around the LTT internal mismanagement so its totally justified to poke fun at it in a joke review about a LTT product. The issues at LTT was a serious topic but they have moved on from it and so has the rest of the internet in large part...
guy thought this was a genuine review? brought this upon yourself son
@@izanagi6876 a joke review with a title that can be misleading, at no point in this was there ever a mention of sarcasm or such argument that this was satire. This is a stupid video and look at the title… this has nothing to do with being a “shotgun blast” I’m sure you’re just not that well versed in how TH-cam shorts are supposed to be utilized
the packaging is like that cause its supposed to be environmentally friendly (100% recyclable) and project farms has proven that its on average one of the best screwdrivers you can buy and it's price is very price dependent, same with the #1 screwdriver on project farms list which had 100$ shipping to US cause its a Swiss designed and built screwdriver
7 out of 10 based on what? You haven't mentioned any negative points.
You don't get a 10/10 just because you're capable of doing what you were designed for. 10/10 is above and beyond.
it's a generic screwdriver
He's Asian, so naturally price.
The 7/10 went down by three points to a 4/10 because of the price. (Which is kind of unfair since its not like LTT determines shipping prices to Singapore.)
Therefore, we can assume that if this screwdriver was cheap (in his eyes), it would higher. Maybe if it was made in Singapore too.
10/10 would require this uncle or aunty to praise him and basically change his world view.
@@blancneige4952dafaq, every product that these youtubers try to sell wether it be clothes or things like these are always filty fcking expensive, it's not about any particular race, but if you think he's being cheap then you're probably privileged, spoiled from having expensive shit, That screw driver is most definitely a novelty item.
@@anthonygrimaldi9483yeah, but that's not the issue. A 7/10? For packaging? For pricing? He wasn't super specific
Dude immediately "Linused" that poor screwdriver. 😆
I use it every day, but still haven't been able use it for a keyboard.
the one thing I dont like about the LTT screwdriver is that it can only fit proprietary bits in the holder. Those bits get lost all the time. And they are not compatible with other screwdrivers, drills or bit holders. They should have just gone with the pretty much universal bits that are compatible with everything else.
“The packaging could be better”
Did you not see the design of the screwdriver engraved in it? Like what 😂😂😂
that was cool yea, but the choice of materials for a $90 product is somewhat cheap, it came all damaged even before the box was opened
@@SquashyBoy the choice of materials is so that it's completely recyclable
@@SquashyBoyits pretty eco-friendly so i think the packaging is pretty good imo. I dont understand why special packaging is needed since most of the time it lands in the garbage bin anyways. As long as the product is good i at least know, the money did go in the product and not a pretty unboxing experience.
@@memethief4113 keyboard people expect it to come wrapped in a velvet box
@@SpektrikMusic lined with gold
"a novelty item that works" accurately sums it up
Honestly, there's a lot of "decoration" merch that doesn't serve a purpose, so it's a decent plus.
I don't understand how you can apply the tag "Novelty" to this?
It's a screwdriver, that's designed to be a screwdriver...
@@Phleanix it's like buying shoes. They are meant for protecting your food and helping you walk, yet ppl take it as everything else bcs they are neat.
I spent 30$ on a screw driver that came with over 100 different bits that I’ve never seen by the brand I fix
*Snap-On in the back cackling*
What was wrong with the packaging?
It’s bland, very basic and very boring. For nearly $100 I’d expect more.
@@LamarINHIt's a box? It looks good it protects the item in shipping what else do you need. You want it to be the nicest just so you can look at it for 5 more seconds before you throw away more stuff in the trash.
@@LamarINHUsually you would pay for the item contained in the packaging.
As a graphic designer I actually really like the packing. It's minimal, brings importance to the product, has subtle detailed that add value. And works perfectly in the branding it is supposed to be a part of.
Yeah, it lacks innovation. But that doesn't mean it is a bad product. And innovative packaging is VERY expensive to manufacture. This works while being cost effective, without feeling cheap. Not a bad job
Another thing LTT has been striving to do is remove almost all plastic from packaging. The box and all its deviders are cardboard on purpose.
Never did I think there would be a more expensive driver than snap-ons crazy
Lol it's cheaper
linus dropping everything reference lol
It’s the most useful merch item
Also one of the pros of it is that you can screw with it one handed that too easily.
"Myself" 🤨
Yeah it definitely feels like something I'd only buy if I wanted to support them but they put alot of effort into making sure it's worth the cash
Would never buy a screw driver for that price. Got one like that for work in 2015 but a no name for about 20usd. Still works as when it was new, and its used every day for screwing, bending etc
Project farm says your wrong and it’s amazing lol
Most of the time I use a ratcheting screwdriver is with a #2 Philips bit. Having bits storage in the handle just adds more weight and a slightly sooner hand fatigue. Not to mention my Workpro dual drive is pretty heavy as it is. But I just love it paired with the Japanese Vessel #2 medium shank bit.
WERA Zyklop Pocket : Hold my Beer...
117$...
Ironic linus keeps calling on Apple and Razer for their prices and launches a almost 100$ screwdriver
I use the thing way too often. It should live in my toolbox in the garage. Instead, it lives inside.
$110 to get it to the UK, it's expensive but the screwdriver feels decent and the ratchet is so smooth
For the same price you can get a dewalt gyroscopic 8v.
*Checks* Nope. Not in my country! xD
Novelty they made it quality you pay for quality
Craftsman racheting screwdriver, but 5 times more expensive
"Myself" ☠️
I am more interested about the ingco now. Is it any good, like ratchet wise?
its pretty good actually
as someone who owns both of his screwdrivers purely to support a creator who's brought me hundreds if not thousands of hours of content and helped me make informed decisions i love them, they're great. but from my workers perspective, for the price if it was anyone else i wouldn't have touched them. My milwaukee ratcheting does all that i need for like $20, but it is a fantastic tool just for very specific people/uses
Tha apple torque screwdriver.....
My friend has one its so unbelievably smooth
I have been using this screwdriver 5 days a week for about a year and it absolutely rules. Just buy it.
I have not seen someone use this correctly for so long. Either that or I just don’t know how it works 😂
"It's good at doing whats its designed for which is screwing things. Packaging could have been better." Sounds like every amazon review for a $10 screwdriver. I didn't learn anything.
90 dollars for a screwdriver is a scam, no matter how you present it.
This is the first YT shorts vid I actually liked
I said duck on this and got DeWalt DCF682. Yeah, I am ducked but I pay for the worth.
Best novelty item youve ever had yet only a 7/10 is wild
Thx for this test without any tests.
I do packaging. This is actually really well packaged
Personally, I hate this type of screwdriver because I always lose the bits.
I got one for my birthday last year, it’s a great screwdriver for more than just electronics, just last week I was using it to replace attic stairs
My Megapro does everything the LTT screwdriver does for half the cost.
Also, the cool bit storage mechanism is made by megapro. The only reason the LTT screwdriver has it as well is because they contracted it from megapro. Also the megapro (automotive r) holds standard bits unlike the LTT one
Ltt does hold standard length. Just not 12. 6 standard.
Lol $90 screwdriver is "expensive". *Laughs in Snap-On*
Moral of the story if you buy this you're screwed. Lol Looks like a dollar store screwdriver
This is the video I didn’t know I needed
Naw man if you use a screw driver a lot it’s incredible. Bits don’t get stuck in screws, the magnet is better than any other one I’ve used, ratchet is super satisfying, I’ve had it since release and it’s working just as good as day one. 10/10 cant think of anything that would make it better
The Milwaukee M4 screwdriver should be next. It's even more expensive & more niche. I'd like to know what you think.
That's some rebranded wish that come shits 🤣💀
I'm one of thoses kind of people that buys one screwdriver and keep it for 10-15 years and still uses it till it falls apart lol
I wanna know in what situation would a screwdriver of all things fall apart in lol? It's more impressive to TRY to break those indestructible things!
Ifixit kit still rocks!
The drama screwdriver
ask yourself...
why is EVERY tradesman in the universe laughing at me?
the LTT screwdriver will be the answer
$90 screwdriver.
Doesn't even let you choose how many ft/lb's you want.
A quality set of regular screwdrivers can cost you just as much. Those don't have ratchets though and torque screwdrivers are not meant to be used as regular screwdrivers.
Make more videos plsssss your videos are so awesome good work man good work
This review is not really reviewing but it's entertaining.
How can a really good be a 7/10 :D
It’s pretty much the same sort of video LTT produces and then labels as “lab tested reviews”
@@meangreen99 why are you hating on LTT on my comment? Go home, you drunk.
@@cometor1strictly speaking for the product it's a 7/10 max. And for the price it's pretty stupid. You can get a whole ass concrete drill for that price.
I still prefer my Snap On ratchet screwdriver, it's well built and you can actually get a repair kit for the ratchet if you need it.
I got the stubby one not too long ago. a bit pricy yes. but i bundled it in with a bigass 2L water bottle i use for work they also sell. It works alongside my Ifixit kit. ratchet isnt the best, but works very well overall.
Try the Wera Zyklop screwdriver. Same same but different
Packaging looks fantastic, no sonic-welded plastic or zip ties, didn't require a tool to enter it
I have one, and I don't think it's overpriced. It's just way beyond the point of diminishing returns.
it's definitely way too much but it's handy with all the bits fitting inside the screwdriver
Video should be renamed how not to review a product... Also the package is 100% recyclable and its for a screwdriver thats normally sold in a hard plastic clamshell in hardware stores. were you expecting an apple unboxing with user manuals and radio certifications?
I use this for work everyday on diesel trucks it's great
yeah, the shipping prices is making shopping from LTT completely insane.
well it's merch. The bigger price is supposed to be like donation to support his content and team.
I just don't understand why shipping from Canada/America to South East Asia is so expensive. I'd love to buy this but it's just too costly.
Man ur video is awesome😊😊 bro do (layers)
The only one that will be better is the snap on or gear wrench with swappable shafts
It's been proven that it's really not and snap on makes really poor quality ratcheting screwdrivers. Project farm did a video on this
@@lilkittygirl nah it's been proven better.
14 years later mine started to slip. Literally gotta new one no question asked.
Try that with ltt
I use it every day and it functions the same now as it did when I took it out of the box. It's expensive yes but for what I do it's paid for itself more than a few times.
It’s actually one of the best screwdrivers on the market. There’s a comparison video online.
the pricing is good dude, for the quality of the product you cant get any cheaper
"i am screwed"
One of my rules is not to buy anything made or sponsored by a TH-camr. I'll stick to actually professional company like Wera, which isnt made with Chinesium.
Do you even know who makes LTT screwdriver? Megapro.
I think you missed the entire purpose of this screwdriver
He screw even that 😂
ok but how deep does it go
“Don’t buy it unless…” you want a screwdriver?
“if you have the means i highly recommend it”
Bro, you should try out the Tester68 keyboard.
Saw your videos about keyboards and I got a problem you might be able to help me with:
I have a g413 KB and one of the keys' legs have broken and are stuck in the holding holes, and I'm unable to take them out with a plier or twiser. Got any suggestion?
It's also a good figit toy, especially if you get the stubby driver
My Klein will do just fine forget almost $90 for that
"I screwed myself" 💀
Good to see you’re back bro, how was the military?
it was pretty aight, finally can start making real full length videos again
I lost the bits for this one so the ltt automatically wins.
Way too expensive for what it is. But at the time I ordered, LTT was my favorite tech channel so it was okay for me. Now with all the controversies, I wouldn't have done the same
I don't use it on pcs but have it in my garage and it helped a lot with doing motorcycle stuff
Question, is it better or worse then a similar priced Wiha screwdriver?
You should try the DeWalt gyroscopic screwdriver
I have one that's very simmilar to the yellow one you showed
it cost me 15 bucks, works a year later now and I've used it for working on my car in the rain too
I'd get it if it cost like 30 bucks because it's branded
but 90 bucks is just a joke to be honest
As a pc tech/systems admin I love this thing! I got it as a joke and ended up buying two more. It’s one of those tools that the more I’m you use it the more you love it. At first I was like it’s just another screwdriver, 6 months latter I could not live with out it. 9/10
Please enlighten me because I really don't understand. Why would anyone need a ratcheting screwdriver when you can just let your hand slip over the grip, unlike an actual ratchet. Plus I don't have to deal with all the fuckery when the screw has too little resistance to actually trigger the ratcheting mechanism.
Seems a bit over priced. Like really overpriced. Like you’re only just paying for a shitty name.
Y'all realize it is a screw driver set right? And not a 2$ thing you find at the dollar store?
