He calls Rise Up, a platform that helps students get a hands-on understanding of their future careers. With this app, students can get virtual career simulations, a list of all upcoming opportunities and mentorship from industry experts so that they can choose their ideal career after getting a proper understanding of what it has to offer.

I'd like suggest one more thing in this model is to hire a team of industrial/organisational psychologist or career counselor to evaluate the performance of students on psychological state and give them a report at regular intervals also tips for improvement because this startup could make teenager more competitive as well as depressive due to less score

4:30 i disagree with him here because yes students are aware of the competition and sources but not all of them know how to use them or know the potential of these unlimited resources. it is confusing for a student to be online nowadays. if a student is more aware of the better future for him/her they can advocate for their career option which might not be conventional with more strength and clarity
