- I make Bread & Chinese Eggplant Yu Xiang Eggplant (鱼香茄子, Sichuan Eggplant Stir Fry). Also I made Focaccia Bread (Despite maybe it not being so fluffy, I did not let it rise enough perhaps) from the book "atHome with the Culinary Institute of America".
