Johnnie this table you are shaking erh.......😂😂😂😂😂😂. Anyway, my take is this. Leaders in the security services failed us when they allowed themselves to be manipulated and lower the standards for enlistment into the security services. One would have thought that given the huge number of unemployed young men and women in the system, the state (including the security services) would have created an even playing field to recruit the best among the masses to fill up the vacant positions within the security services. However, what do we see? Clearly, a situation of "who u know" or better put these days "who knows you" It is a pity, but truth is no one cares. Yet we want to build a nation not a company. Trust me Ghana is now no more than a family and friend's business enterprise. This is our story. This is our situation.

I understand that this body selection rule has been part of the selection process of our security services, which is wrong in all shapes and forms......equal opportunity should be given all, as long as one successfully goes through the recruitment process and not punish or deny somebody employment due to his height or otherwise......in the developed world people with intellectual disabilities are absorbed or given employment.....that nkwaas3m rule should be discontinued by our security services
