I bought 2 properties investment already. I wanted to buy an apartment and rental it out for my daughter and her group. Can you tell me the pro and can on buying an apartment?

I top up my IP mortgage - its no biggy, the property will eventually come into the blue and all will be well with the world.

Find a reputable Rental agent and get good insurance. IMO its easily worth the cost and they do regular inspections etc to keep an eye on things
