I recently discovered the discreet bathroom at the school we meet at. We've been meeting there for almost 12 months and took me 10 months to find it. Turns out our lead pastor was keeping it a secret from the band. Anyhow, now I don't need to walk a half mile to the other side of the school to the public restrooms, making it much easier to spend some time on the throne before praising the One on the throne. 💩
I would love some information on what you all do as far as streaming. My church is working on setting up streaming right now and I would be very interested to know what types of software you are using and what exactly is involved with the broadcast audio mix.
Ok, I have a question. I'm worship pastor at a small church in Ohio. Been watching your tutorials for several years now and there's still one thing that I cannot figure out... microphones. How is it that in every large church that I watch, taking the microphone off the stand and/or clapping hands with a mic in hand, doesn't cause a loud thud in the system? We still use wired mics so maybe that's the problem? Also, is there a brand of wireless guitar system that you would recommend? Especially on a budget? What about wireless mics... on a budget? Ok I guess that's more than one question, my apologies and thank you guys for everything. You have been a blessing to me over the years.
The style of worship is like a mix of modern and ancient(not pre-historic). Not a particular area. Need to change everything cause the gear here is OLD. Most of it doesn't work. What would you recommend?

What is the most needed / required basic equipment(gear) for a church where 80-140 people attend in a service.
I think that would depend greatly on the type/style of worship. In what area - live sound production?
