  • Tune in as we make our way along MacAlister River track, Butcher Country and Caledonia River track. Cooling off in the crystal clear rivers in the arvo, followed by a nice Sunday stroll into Pieman Falls located above Bryce’s Gorge.

    As a rival 200 series owner, I should say something derogatory about watching the Patrol, but hell, great video!! Love watching these, especially when can't get out there myself! Keep up the great videos!!

    Great Video, was up there 2 weeks ago. Some bloody awesome river camps and good driving. Spewing I missed Pieman, done Guys Hut instead. Next time !

    Great episode boys! They are a few tracks on my todo list for sure. Loving the drone shots. Lost a bit of confidence with mine after a few close calls. But the shots over Pieman Falls were epic. So wanted to take mine out over Conglomerate Falls but chickened out! Maybe next time! Keep up the awesome work fellas!!

      It's such a great area for camping and wheeling out there too plenty to explore. Looking forward to getting back out there.

      Cheers for watching mate, there is plenty of these spots along macalister River and Caledonia River tracks that are spot on for swimming with the kids. Water is a beautiful temp atm also

      @@daveo1559 butcher, butcher link and Caledonia are really steep but in the dry a pretty straight forward drive. The views are epic

      @@4x4brothers nice, thanks. Ide only hit most the high country in the dry. I know a mate that lost a relative recently off the edge of a high country track. It doesnt take much and like you boys it would be me and my kids so dry tracks, wet rivers and cold beers is me.

      Cheers for watching mate. Licola is an amazing are. So much variety out there.
      This was macalister River, butcher country and Caledonia River tracks. Fairly steep country but easy enough drive in the dry if you want to explore them

    How hard or difficult is Macalister River Track in the dry? Are lockers needed?

      Could drive it in a standard 4wd with just a bit of clearance mate in most conditions. In the wet just a good set of tyres for the climbs in and out

      So if it does rain, how tricky does the track become?

      @@robertmillar2037 yeah you will be fine with that setup it's not a hard track at all even with rain still not hard just slippery like you would expect might get a pinch like that one where the gu had few go's at to get up may have to winch but that's all and just be wary of the river height

    Hey fellas another great video, I went up Licola way to Wanangatta couple of weeks before Christmas and it rained the whole time so couldn’t really explore the tracks, too steep and wet, and the river was not that crystal clear, more of a muddy torrent. Still good tho, thankfully for those high country huts for that extra shelter. Looking forward to going back soon.🍻🏕🪵🔥

      Cheers for watching mate. We got brilliant weather. Rain definitely does change things up especially In that steep country. Any extra shelter you can get around camp is always a bonus.
