What do you do when they won't hold still and are really skittish when anything gets too close to their face?
Good to see someone use the flea comb to remove the eye discharge. I have been using flea combs and eye cleaning pads between grooms. Being careful to use a different area of the comb on each eye. Then thoroughly cleaning and drying the comb after each use. Keeping the eyes clean of discharge is a quick and easy process that helps keep the eyes free of infection. I cringe when I see groomer videos where the groomer uses a fingernail to clean the corner of the eyes. Your videos are very good. Thank you.

Wow. All of your videos are very informative but this one was one of the best for me. On your recomendation I purchased a pair of chunkers on Amazon and it made trimming my dogs facial hair a breeze. The chunker is way faster and better than my other pair of thinning shears. Thanks for the great tip !!

Thank you so much for your videos, the best and most informative I have found. We have an 8 year old Japanese Chin/ShihTzu cross that we took when my sister passed away. We quit getting her groomed because they just shaved her. I just trim her with scissors as needed and trimmer for sanitary. We have 2 nine month old Teddy Bear puppies. They require much more grooming. My wife hated them bring buzzed when I took them to the groomer. I have been getting equipment and have started grooming them at home. Just keeping a consistent puppy trim is what we are after. Thank you so much for the detailed videos and commentary. We will get this with your help. ❤️🐶🙏🏻

My dog licks his feet constantly. I got him some new shampoo w/oatmeal and tea tree. It's medicated for Itch Relief. Then I got him some conditioner w/oatmeal and aloe, fragrance free. I cannot afford to take him to the Vets. Any other suggestions? He drives me crazy licking all the time.

Love your videos, however, if you groom say, 13 dogs a day EVERY DAY (including weekends and holidays) for 20 years you would be at 94,965 dogs. You sure you exceeded 100,000 dogs?
I groom no more than 5 dogs a day. Otherwise it is unattainable.
I love your videos and swear by your products...except the KM10. I am on the third pair (died after 2nd use as well as my daughter's KM10 I bought for her) Second time it's not clipping dog. I bought the Andis clipper at the same time last year as I didn't think I'd ever get the KM10, Frustrated I brought out the new Andis clippers...
it cut my cavapoos hair like it was butter. KM10? in the garbage. Just sayin'
