I assume the illagers would kinda take the role of the evil trainers and I think the two versions would either have you do to the end or the nether depending on what game you play and in both ones the illagers are trying to take control of the legendary.
yes, and they can also make the region based on Sweden if it has a real world counterpart, like how Kalos is base on France and Paldea is based on the Iberian peninsula, plus Mojang has collaborated with Nintendo before with Steve in Smash Bros Ultimate, so it's not out of the ordinary to think they could possibly collaborate with Game Freak to make a minecraft pokemon region, though if it should be a mainline game like a new gen or not is up to debate.

A missed opportunity to give Porkchub the ability to megaevolve to an explosive version and slightly greener (Homage to how creepers were mismodeled pigs)
I don't know if that's a missed opportunity so much as mega evolutions not having really been shown off or made yet.
As in my opinion, They should add a technoblade crown(item) to a pig and the evolve into technoblade sort of thing and then it immediately learns sword dance

I think it'd be cooler if they had a 3rd stage that's the Hoglin. and mega-evolve into perhaps a Zoglin that gains the ghost type and has bone-like protrusions & armor

Idea of the shiny, It's just different colored sheep, one blue, one red, one orange, etc. But when they're in the flock form, each of them's a different color

For the limited inspiration to draw on, mostly just being real animals and normal monsters, I think this does a great job of making these look like pokemon. I like tangloom especially.

I think it would have been cool if the allay and the vex had a shared pre-evolution that evolved via friendship, high friendship for the allay and low friendship for the vex (would be the first evolution that needs low friendship)

I can just imagine a water pokemon trainer with a Squibby, and their squibby is just latched on to the side of their head or something, for comedic effect if they try to remove it it just latches on to their arm instead, all the while just looking derpy, because it's clingy and doesn't want to let go of it's trainer.
i now need a minecraft x pokemon show just to see this
it's kinda a shame that there's not much dragon types in here but there's plenty rare type combos that i can't rlly complain
The best part about this is actually that all the names sound like real pokémon names.
I just realised the entire region only has one dragon type which is a box cover legendary pokemon.

I love this. Personally though I'd only include the Endrigon and Withereign as box art legendaries like in Pokemon Red and Blue but with Pokemon Nether and Pokemon End.
Then I'd have the Elderock, Wardoom, Ravagiant, and Golemight be the Pseudo-Legendaries.
I'd also probably have Noseplinth be a second evolution for Gopper into Golemight to complete the 3 forms and have Bloqwil be the first evolution of Gardeon and Elderock. That's pretty much all I'd change tho, everything else is kinda tight.
With that being said, I still think this is epic as hell and should totally be added to the Cobblemon Mod to replace the vanilla Minecraft mobs entirely, literally just make the default mobs captureable but with these funky new designs and stuff. Now THAT would be sick.

This reminds of the time I convinced a middle school classmate I was making Blockémon, a Minecraft parody of Pokémon, with several “versions”, Baa Baa Sheep and Oinky Oinky Pig, Inferno and Abyss.
I could never decide on what the Professor’s name would be due to the variety of wood in Minecraft.
I love the creativity! I would’ve stopped at hostile mobs, but they found a way to include passive mobs and add dozens of references that should be obvious but are somehow not…

If I lived in this Minecraft-themed region, I would probably get a few different colored Tropicolors as like house pets.
Smacking myself on into fire starter NGL, I've always loved ghost and fire types, which is why I like actively seek out chandeleur in pixelmon
I think it Would be cool if the Vex would either evolve into a Ghost Dark Type or a Ghost Fairy Type based on the Allay so that they could be related.

My faves (and the ones I think feel the most Pokemon-like) are the Squibby line, the Grubottle line, the Cowee line, the Ferricolt line, the Puprotec line, the Pigrunt line, the Bobfin line, Tropicolor, Crabuild, the Kitsweet line, Scavulgar (that one feels like a neat regional evolution alternative to Mandibuzz), Parakite, Pebblin, Ostricacia, Armordillo, Pangrow, the Grassnoot line, Psytick, the Sensculk line, Withereign (homie looks like a more menacing version of Darkrai) and Endrigon.

I think my only criticism is the lack of evolutions, having a lot of single or bo evolutions for a good portion of the pokemon
I've got some pre-evolutions I still need to make to technically have included all forms of all mobs but I might come back someday and make extra evolutions just for fun. Also there are some Megas in the works.

A missed opportunity is that the horse one didn’t have an evolution based off the skeleton horse, using DNA splicers on the skeleton pokémon to get a skeleton horse or even a horse trap (basically just the riders) was a missed opportunity.

One thing I love about this region is that they don't just try to recreate Minecraft in Pokemon, but rather are inspired by Minecraft mobs to make Pokemons, taking also from other inspirations (like the Donkey with the haybale, the squid becoming a wizzard, the change in helmet design in horse, the parrot being a kite, etc.)
It was a missed opportunity to make the villager evolve into the iron golem but my favorite is the wither or the enderdragon
First we had Pokemon in Minecraft with pixelmon, now we got Minecraft in Pokemon with this! The turns have tabled, in the best way 🔥

As a minecraft and pokemon player I've never been a fan of pixelmon but this would fit great into a minecraft-inspired region!
You should add a legendary pig with a crown cape and a sword type will be fighting flying
6:23 instead of having to use a dna splicer, it should be that you have to have both Pokémon in your party and then when the Skelbow levels up high enough it’ll merge with Tyrantula and evolve.

Gimmick for the sculk Pokémon would be that all there attacks are reactionary and are mostly slow, defensive, and supporting Pokémon.
sensculk & Skrieker can echo or copy moves, heal or buff Pokémon in holding, or scare away pokemon and force a switch out.
Skrieker never stays evolved as Wardoom instead it changes forms in combat after being attacked 4 times then changes back after the enemy Pokémon faints or when combat ends.
also toternal brings back a fainted Pokémon if allowed to live long enough.
Someone should make this a cobblemon addon

I think that Steediamond is a bit too on the nose as far as names go. I would rename it to something like Adamount, merging “mount” with the archaic definition of “adamant,” which was a legendary material made out of diamond that many mythical objects were forged from, such as Kronos’ adamant sickle. Bet some of y’all didn’t know that the Ancient Greeks invented the concept of diamond weapons before Notch!

Water - Watlotl or Barnacone
Flying - Blowze
Ghost - Vexie
Extra - Endermon or Steediamond

This is honestly a genius idea
Random suggestions because why not:
- Bloquil would be a fun regional form of Qwilfish, and then have the Regional Qwilfish evolve into Bloquil,
- A shiny for Flockade could be pink for pink sheep
- A shiny for the panda pokemon could be brown for the brown panda
- Either forms or split evolutions for the Sniffer pokemon
A torch-flower based one that is Fire-Grass
and a Pitcher-plant based one that is Grass-Fairy -- fairy because it is an alluring type, and pitcher plants lure bugs. Grass poison or water would work too but I think fairy is more unique.

As a Minecraft player, I approve of this. I really like testificute. Him and his evolutions are definitely my favorite. I like to imagine the towns in this region are similar to Minecraft villages, and use the testificutes as helpers. Toternal is a close second favorite. I definitely wasn't expecting it, and I love it!

The Evil teams here could be like team magma and aqua, Team Nether and Team Ender, the two of them both trying to summon their respective legendaries to one up the other, and then in the enhanced version, Pokémon Prismarine, you can use Elderock to take them down.
