    1. sample fees do not matter what method you use. 2. never recommend a 40/60 poly cotton mix for sublimation. 80% or higher always. 3. You can make anything in sublimation as long as you follow the poly fabric rules. It is not limited to athletic wear. 4. You can absolutely sublimate directly to a pre-made shirt. It is still less expensive than screen printing because you do not have screen set up fees and you are not limited to colors. Not every sublimated shirt is full print coverage. Just as a screen print shirt is typically a chest or back print, you can do the same with sublimation. 5. screen transfer prints will crack and fade no matter who you use, sublimation will not. It's disappointing to see you promote a method solely based on your affiliate kickbacks.

      Does sublimation fade over time as the fabric fades too?
      Can I do sublimation over 100% cotton or 100% jute fabrics?

    • @nfinance2
      @nfinance2 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@unrealbot3027 no it does not fade. Your fabric content must be at least 80% poly to achieve the best result. 100% cotton will just wash out.

    I specialize in sublimation its works for me because I have more control. My entire business model is made to order so I do note ever carry an inventory which allows me to offer more designs and thus increase the odds of a higher cart. I do use Supacolor as well and with them bringing their minimums down from 20 to 10 it will allow me to use them even more because I no longer have to commit to getting 20 pieces of a design that I am not sure is going to be a hot or not. The only reason I would use screen printing at this time is if I did a pre-order and made a design that got super hot and was able to generate a good number of orders in advance.

    I'm learning so much about the true creations of t- shirts and the design we all wear and take for granite. The inside look to the creations of different designs is amazing. This can take your business to the next level. Thank you!, Sir

    Im using heat transfer since i find that its the most easiest one to do vs having sublimation which is limited,complicated, and requires more tools then i have space for. I have tried contact local providers here but non of them have called me back or responded to my inquires so im doing this all on my own.

    HEY THERE. thanx for the video. Im majoring in heat flex, transfers and sublimation. I have not done screen printing because my market at the moment does not ask for high volume garments, if it ever happens i will contract out to other guys in the industry to do the screen printing.

      Word of advice bro when you're designing your collection take every layer into consideration and design which printing method will work for it, your not limited to just one you can always mix and match methods and material.

    Everyone please stop using polyester. It's plastic. No way around it. No one would wear it if we just called it what it was...

    oh god, again I cant seem to find what I want. I'm desperatly wanting to know what is called the type of printing that is like thick white sticking out on the shirt like 3d style. I dont know how to explain it. in the 80's rock and metal t shirts this was very popular and I feel the coolest print ever. to the touch it sticks out from the shirt. often simply white on black. those are soooo cool. but who to know if the shirt will be like this if I dont know what it's called hehe. it's like very thick pigmented stuff stuck on the shirt. you can feel that it's not fluch to the shirt but higher up than the shirt. what type of print is that???? please help me :)
