Someone actually had a pretty good idea about this( credits to Samherken I used one of the ideas on his community posts) Sally would spawn more frequently the more items u have Sally won't spawn until u pick up atleast one item Also after she's done playing with your item she would drop it alongside a thank u gift(like a bandage or some gold or a battery) for letting her play with your toy This is a much better solution than decreasing Sally's speed because that way no one would even drop their items to counter her after they got the achievement (this way even if someone uses out of stuff they'd be safe from an unfair attack) Lastly i think there should be away to teach the players how to counter her attck since u cant die to her to get a guiding light message After reading some comments I think it's better if Sally only drops your item if you willingly decide to drop your item so she can play with it kinda similar to how dropping ur item will negate all damage from Sally(in the actual game) But if you decide to hold on to your item or don't notice Sally in time she would steal the item from your inventory and despawn with it (also she would only leave a gift if u give up on your item voluntarily)

Here’s another idea: Sally comes in through a window like normal but, this window will always be near the room’s exit door. She will have the slower speed as mentioned in the video and you will have to loop her around some object and despawn her by exiting the room. If the room is locked (therefore making it impossible to escape fast enough), you can still deter her by dropping an item as normal, buuuut, this only happens for a limited amount of time but more than long enough to get out of the room. After the time she will get bored and start chasing you again with a sound effect to indicate this. I know that this is an INSANE amount of stuff but I just thought it would be good to share my ideas. that’s it.

For every single rare entity in the game, they should do a thing similar to Murder Mystery where the more you play the higher chances you have of encountering the entity, so you will eventually be guaranteed to encounter it at least once in a run. So they keep their rare chances, but every run the chances will go up. Once you encounter them the chance will reset back to normal.

I think alongside glitch fragments there should be a method for the player to do to make Sally spawn. Similar to what we had to do with Dread when we he was first added as a secret.
I legit got a heart attack when I first saw her. I did not expect her to become an entity so when I was freaking out and her jumpscare legit got me… worst of all I didn’t know I had to give her an item to get a badge. I eventually found her again and gave her a lighter and then in the run literally after that, I gave her a crucifix.
My opinion for sallys mechanic is, the lights will flicker and sally will search the room a couple of times and to counter sally you need to find a hiding spot as quick as possible before she spots you failing to do this, she will steal all of your items and deal 40 dmg

They should appear in a run as often as ambush imo. And for the having no item thing, maybe it could be that if she sees through the window and notices you have no items, she will leave you alone as she has nothing to gain from you.
The "Playtime" badge is a reference to Baldi's Basics' Playtime character, how she typically says "Let's Play!" When she see's you and can not be outran. Playtime also has spiky and weird hair in Baldi's Basics.
I think sally should be a monster that slowly becomes less and less rare until the 3rd part comes out Where sally would be a common enemy you must face there meanwhile it becomes rare again in previous floors
When I look closely at Sally, it oddly reminds me (and its badge description) of Playtime from Baldi’s Basics. It almost feels intentional, and Pressure did a BB poke-at-it during its April fools.
One way to make Sally spawn more often is by using the Worst Time Ever modifier. It’s still rare, but I mean, every little extra bit of luck helps lol.
Sally should have several mechanics: 1. Chase for 4-7 rooms, after which she will begin to cry and run away. You can be quick and headpat her before that, to comfort and a badge, possibly a random item. 2. Hide and seek, where you are locked in a room (must be that big cross room with 4 sub rooms and 4 main doors, 2 of which are sub rooms with like loot or a chest) and have to hide in several spots that will be checked by Sally. She will eventually find you, and it takes you to be found 3 times before she is satisfied and runs away, unlocking the next door. 3. SQUID GAAAMEE! The infamous Red light green light, where you have to only move when she is turned away. If missed, she will attack and deal normal damage. 4. Normal encounter. The one in the video, where and only where she can be given an item to play with.
As a fellow 100% game player, I agree with this video so much. I've only ever encountered her once but I didn't get a badge as it was an admin panel run with my friend. Plus I accidentally crucified her in that run. They really should make this entity more common as I can't get the crucifix badge for it.
Idea:instead of making her run speed slower either shining light at her makes her run slower or despawn for a few seconds getting faster each respawn, thoughts?
I think rather than her speed being nerfed, there could be a guaranteed item on a table in the room before (not a very good item, like a lighter or maybe even a glowstick) that way you would always be able to counter her
I think the problem with making Sally more common is that, in my experience, items are pretty rare in the hotel. In the hotel, I only really get a full inventory by the time I meet Jeff, where I can buy a bunch of items from them. But in the mines, I usually get a full inventory of items even *before* the grumble section. Sure I *sometimes* find a chest in a side room, but they are usually the locked variants, or they are just filled with gold and nothing else. The only time I really get an item is from those big desks you can sometimes find, or a candle that (without a lighter) is just dead weight. There is also the possible annoyance factor where the only item you have is a flashlight, then of COURSE Sally just *HAS* to show up to take it away. People hate "It's a Bully" from Baldi's Basics for a reason, and it's because they steal a random item from your inventory. Unlike Bully though, there is currently no way to avoid Sally, it's a guaranteed item loss.
So, Cheddar suggested running away from her, alright. ... People are already annoyed at screech, and the most efficient way to run away from an entity would be to go *backwards* though the rooms you already went though. Wouldn't that also get annoying pretty fast?

I think that your concerns about the entity are good ones. I especially think that Sally should show up the same amount or slightly less than halt, as I find halt to be a uncommon but still often encountered entity.
Encountered her when i was attempting hotel hell with only lock picks in my hand from the pre run shop, i basically got mugged by a 3 year old girl. Worth the badge though

Just get Cruci in rift in Door 0, go through the whole hotel and place it again in the rift in Door 100. Repeat. That's how I got the badge.
She's a headache because getting her achievement requires the luck of all the old gods
Fun Fact: you can never 100% doors since to get all badges you also need the QA Tester Badge which is UNOBTAINABLE.
Therefore if it’s unobtainable normally, it doesn’t count. It’s just a bonus like the crossover events.

I think alongside glitch fragments there should be a method for the player to do to make Sally spawn. Similar to what we had to do with Dread when we he was first added as a secret.

I legit got a heart attack when I first saw her. I did not expect her to become an entity so when I was freaking out and her jumpscare legit got me… worst of all I didn’t know I had to give her an item to get a badge.
I eventually found her again and gave her a lighter and then in the run literally after that, I gave her a crucifix.

My opinion for sallys mechanic is, the lights will flicker and sally will search the room a couple of times and to counter sally you need to find a hiding spot as quick as possible before she spots you failing to do this, she will steal all of your items and deal 40 dmg

Everything dies eventually, so you’re correct about that. But doors ain’t going anywhere anytime soon, as the update has brought MANY players back to the game and doors still manages to maintain a larger player count than pressure, so you’re onto nothing lil bro
They should appear in a run as often as ambush imo.
And for the having no item thing, maybe it could be that if she sees through the window and notices you have no items, she will leave you alone as she has nothing to gain from you.
The "Playtime" badge is a reference to Baldi's Basics' Playtime character, how she typically says "Let's Play!" When she see's you and can not be outran. Playtime also has spiky and weird hair in Baldi's Basics.

I think sally should be a monster that slowly becomes less and less rare until the 3rd part comes out Where sally would be a common enemy you must face there meanwhile it becomes rare again in previous floors

One idea I had for a modifier was that Sally can appear from behind unmarked doors, so you have to watch out around those as well as Dupe doors.
When I look closely at Sally, it oddly reminds me (and its badge description) of Playtime from Baldi’s Basics. It almost feels intentional, and Pressure did a BB poke-at-it during its April fools.
One way to make Sally spawn more often is by using the Worst Time Ever modifier. It’s still rare, but I mean, every little extra bit of luck helps lol.

Sally should have several mechanics:
1. Chase for 4-7 rooms, after which she will begin to cry and run away. You can be quick and headpat her before that, to comfort and a badge, possibly a random item.
2. Hide and seek, where you are locked in a room (must be that big cross room with 4 sub rooms and 4 main doors, 2 of which are sub rooms with like loot or a chest) and have to hide in several spots that will be checked by Sally. She will eventually find you, and it takes you to be found 3 times before she is satisfied and runs away, unlocking the next door.
3. SQUID GAAAMEE! The infamous Red light green light, where you have to only move when she is turned away. If missed, she will attack and deal normal damage.
4. Normal encounter. The one in the video, where and only where she can be given an item to play with.

As a fellow 100% game player, I agree with this video so much. I've only ever encountered her once but I didn't get a badge as it was an admin panel run with my friend. Plus I accidentally crucified her in that run. They really should make this entity more common as I can't get the crucifix badge for it.
Fun fact: sally was also in the tower heroes collab! (Known as window.]
Idea:instead of making her run speed slower either shining light at her makes her run slower or despawn for a few seconds getting faster each respawn, thoughts?

Yesterday, me and two friends were doing our first run with the content update and somehow saw Sally!
Sally is like the Animatronics in FNAF 3 (except Springtrap ofc)
I think rather than her speed being nerfed, there could be a guaranteed item on a table in the room before (not a very good item, like a lighter or maybe even a glowstick) that way you would always be able to counter her
Or just make it so that if u don’t have an item she won’t spawn
I think the problem with making Sally more common is that, in my experience, items are pretty rare in the hotel.
In the hotel, I only really get a full inventory by the time I meet Jeff, where I can buy a bunch of items from them. But in the mines, I usually get a full inventory of items even *before* the grumble section. Sure I *sometimes* find a chest in a side room, but they are usually the locked variants, or they are just filled with gold and nothing else. The only time I really get an item is from those big desks you can sometimes find, or a candle that (without a lighter) is just dead weight.
There is also the possible annoyance factor where the only item you have is a flashlight, then of COURSE Sally just *HAS* to show up to take it away. People hate "It's a Bully" from Baldi's Basics for a reason, and it's because they steal a random item from your inventory. Unlike Bully though, there is currently no way to avoid Sally, it's a guaranteed item loss.

... People are already annoyed at screech, and the most efficient way to run away from an entity would be to go *backwards* though the rooms you already went though. Wouldn't that also get annoying pretty fast?
@@shibainu2528 nobody gets annoyed at halt, and he has a really long room to walk, if Sally only appeared once per roon, that would not be too annoying.
I think that your concerns about the entity are good ones. I especially think that Sally should show up the same amount or slightly less than halt, as I find halt to be a uncommon but still often encountered entity.
I would like it if Sally only appeared once early In the run like ambush to appears once late into the run
