Car Engine Compression Leak Problem | Nossle Washer Changing | HM Ambassador Car

- A 'Chick' - 'Chick' Sound at working of engine started after a long drive. Along with this Vibration Increased, Initial pulling reduced, total power reduced, a small amount of black smoke is started. When checked, the compressed air at compression stroke from Cylinder no : 2 is leaking via Nossle (Fuel Injector) mounting. The reason of this is washer between the nossle and cylinder head for sealing compressed air is damaged.
Here, the video of changing of that washer in workshop of HM Ambassador Classic Car is filmed.
A copper washer is used there. bur new Aluminium washer is also used along with it for better sealing
This Car is 1996 Ambassador Classic with 1500 cc BMC 4 - Stroke 4 Cylinder OHV Diesel Engine.

Sir, I don't know the actual battery used in HM ISUZU Engine. Because we are using Ambassador Car with BMC Engine. We are using EXIDE XP - 800 12V 75 Ah Battery in it.

Sir, this is BMC Engine shown in the video. The HM+ engine is a refined version of BMC engine. It have comparitevely less maintenance and most of the spare parts are available. It is also smoother but not suitable for AC. AC will work, but power of engine reduces a little bit.
ISUZU Engine is a very powerful engine, smoother, and suitable for AC. But cost of spare parts is little high.Vehicle insurance rate also increases. Ambassador car with Inbuilt ISUZU Engine comes with Power Brake, Power Steering, AC etc which increases the riding comfort.
Both these engines last longer when perfectly maintained.
Our's is BMC Diesel Engine Ambassador Nova. These all are from my knowledge asking to a mechanic better.

I don't know exactly Sir. I think Ambassador Grand Car with power steering, power brake and adjustable seats may be good if using. Old model like Classic and Nova Cars having special spring equipped seats which give more comfort. But lack of smooth gear shifting mechanism, power steering and power brake and adjustable seats increases effort and may cause back pain. Ambassador is also little heavier than normal cars as it is mostly made by metal. For a person without back pain, this car is very comfortable.
If looking for a Ambassador Car, considering Grand or Classic Model with power steering and brake is suitable. If looking any other cars, considering a new car with adjustable steering, seats, power steering and brake and lighter or easily drivable automatic ( AMT) cars is better.
