with the new meta I actually converted to the sleeper deck... suicide bloodcraft ;) got both shadow and dragon and both are very boring after even just a few games... with blood you put yourself under pressure to NOT make a single mistake, while also being fun to play
Btw Igni, why don't you just go face, at 20:25 instead of killing the corpse? Since the Test of Strength does not effect the Aegis you are free to smash their faces and since you had another round of the countdown left there would not have been any chance beside Odin for the Shadow to even touch you, so I'm wondering :D But non the less great to see you back again.
Hmm... you seem to reluctant to play beastcall aria post turn 4 despite having dogmas in the deck. Like for example, at 10:57 the alternative would be to tribunal first and it has less chance to hit bad target compared to 50:50, so if it hit either the floral fencer or the 2/2 you can just kill the other one, leaving 1/1 on the board, and play beastcall aria that turn. On hindsight, it would've won you the game, but my point is you need to be more considerate to play aria in the midgame especially since you run 8 AoE in your decks and dogmas...
I still demand Eidolon Heaven! Aside from that, nice of you to show some other sides of Havencraft. Last time I faced Aegis, it couldn't stop punching 3/3 wards :/

i already stopped playing the game idiot. no point in wasting my time losing to the same shit over and over until one of those 80 dragon or shadow players i encounter gets hit by a car while playing the game so i can get my virtual coins all to buy packs that get me 7 shitty bronzes and one silver i will never use
I'll show off a Forest list soon, but generally I like running 3x Sylvan, and I don't use the Wolfbolt Finisher, instead opting for Jungle Warden. Homecoming is also clunky here since it doesn't get cost reduced by Wolf.
Ignideus the normal dragon list use just one or no LB.... and you still have aegis :)..hell sometimes thanks to the greedy banish a lots of times i played a aegis with a empty board :)
Christopher Martinus aegis took all the fun of all control decks besides time rift runecraft. I win most times vs all crafts but i have 100% lose ratio if aegis gets played. Cant recomend the game to new players in clear mind
khalid al ali also i think it give you another win conditions and it synergies together. if you both has these cards in the board the game will end next turn
Quite a nice deck but i also think that 3 Bahamut is too much, can be really bad for mulligan and early play. I took 2 out and 1 unicorn to put 1 dark angel Olivia and 2 Iron maiden. 3more evolution points can have a huge effect on long games; i tried Iron Maiden to counter Ouroboros from ramp dragon, found it quite efficient and also for others match up.

LUL 2 aegis with no way to tutor. That gives away your wincon. The chance of drawing two or more aegis in the early game is much lower than the chance of not drawing your wincon against dragon at all (which means GG). You'll probably lose more games not drawing wincon than losing because bricking due to aegis. 2 ToS is ok though, 3 is too much. edit:Plus unlike ToS, double aegis in the late game is actually good
That's true, but I think you can afford 1 extra card that can add 50% to your winrate against dragon, although that 1 card might lose you 2.5% more games against shadow. Generally aegis haven would have at least one other option to play during any given turn. When you lose against shadow you're probably still going to lose even with one extra option. Plus Aegis is Decent against the slower midrange shadow that is more common. T8 ToS into T9 aegis basically is checkmate.
I mean i'm just assuming basic probabilities here, not making up anything. I'm not convinced that having one extra aegis would make you lose to shadow, especially that you could drop a bahamut for that aegis, which makes it exactly the same in the early game. Aegis is overall just very bad with about 40% winrate anyways, so It might be hard to see the difference.
"add 50%, 2.5% more" is made up. Bahamut does a lot more on board than Aegis when it comes down, making it less clunky late game. I play all sorts of decks, to showcase them and for fun. I couldn't care less about winrate when making a video for a deck.
Fuck aegis, stopped playing because of the frustration this single card caused me. Even if i win 60% of the games against all crafts, i need to fucking puke everytime i lose vs a aegis. I dont even recomend THE game to new players anymore because of it.

I know everyone says that it isn't broken because you just play aggro and while I may agree I hate playing brain dead aggro so anytime I play haven it's pretty much auto concede. The matchup with the decks I run is pretty much 9/10 in favor of haven cause of how slow my play style is :(

I remember reading about that interview where they said they don't want games to drag on cause matches are meant to be quick cause it's primarily a mobile game. I might understand that but I'm not gonna be happy about it :/ I've accepted that it will be difficult for me to stick with this game as a result but I will still do it cause of how much I like it
Ignideus I think a change they could do to make it balanced is have it keep its effect but make it a fanfare effect. That way that one bard card that prevents fanfare when it's evolved can sorta be a counter to it

When you evolve a minion, the minion can't go face. Aegis is no exception.

You could be right. I was just feeling pressured by the aggression and sought to clear, but maybe placing a threat was better.

Temple Defender seems pretty solid in this deck plus Shadow has a difficult time dealing with it

Aegis is pretty much RIP to control decks, yeah. Almost all of Master is Ramp and Midrange Shadow though :/
