I love your motto for staying healthy. It's true that people should try their best to stay healthy and fit, if not for themselves then for their families. I hate the mindset that "My body, my wish. I can do whatever the fuck I want to do it." YES, it's your body, do whatever. But you have to understand, that your body and your health are gifts. Taking care of it is a duty, a responsibility. You are just not you, you have a family or maybe you want to have one. But if you wanna be with family and spend all the time with them then please learn to spend time on yourself first. Eat well, sleep well, be well and you along with everyone around you will be happy.
What ever Prerna said is a modern layman's version of ayurvedic practices. The heat in the body is the tamas, may be she has a pitta dosha and dairy is advised to be avoided by people with pitta dosha. I'm definitely not here to preach but yes would say one thing for sure, that is, if one can't manage to keep trying different things, they may also consult an ayurvedic doctor or dietitian. I feel we don't give enough significance and credit to the ayurvedic medicinal practices but in my own experiences and also with people around me, what I've observed is many a times ayurvedic treatments or diets work wonderfully as well, so there's no harm in giving it a try.
I would just like to add one more comment. Moving around the house is not exercise. During exercise, blood pumps faster which builds up collateral blood vessels to the heart and increases its capacity. Moving about increases tone of muscles but cannot provide all the benefits of exercise which also builds immunity and even prevents cancer. Fruits, nuts and vegetables are necessary in food. There is no need to monitor blood sugar minute to minute. Maintaining weight and muscle mass is important. Agree with staying active part. Fasting since evening can lead to weight loss but can induce gastritis so it is not for everyone.
It all varies from person to person..some people get gastritis issues from consumption of black pepper some get from coconut milk or roasted coconut only etc etc.. so one has to observe what suits and what doesn't.
VERY honest vedio as usual 👏 but I would like to suggest you 2 things..first thing please don't get monitored by the so called health devices to maintain yourself just listen to your body and you will know what's right or wrong for your body .Our instinct is a super power we can have. Don't rely on technology please. The second thing is that you totally gave up eating ginger but I say don't just gave it up altogether instead have it sometimes and in a moderate amount only since this will not increase heat and you will have the benefits of eating it too. I hope you don't mind me preaching you like that. I
Loved watching this video, one suggestion i would like to give you is try strength training (if not with weights then with bodyweight atleast)bcz we women tend to loose muscle mass and gain fat mass way faster than men as we age . Try it . Hope this works for you 😊❤

After 30 I am also trying to have meals only in two times. At night only cow milk A2. Dairy is very important for health and skin if someone manage to have pure desi cow milk. I am lucky mere in law's k ghr m desi Cow hai to waha gaye ka pure milk mil jata hai. City m A2 milk try kiya hai thoda costly hai but it suits me.

Nice video prerna...but dear u should add 10 liter water n fruits in ur eating routine ...it's control ur gastric problem....also u should drink 2 glass of normal water in early morning or before breakfast..n u should take ur breakfast mrng in between 8to 9 o clock...if u follow dis routine u observe miracle changes...
Eating on time helps in digestion of food and makes metabolism strong, so try to eat lunch around 12:30-1 pm, dinner by 7-7:30 pm. Also eating in small meals also doesn't add on weight much...instead of eating too much in one meal....
It doesn't matter if you ate all your food in one meal or in several small portions, the total calorie intake and output is the main factor determining our weight.

Green chilli in itself is not a problem. Kachchi Hari mirch avoid karni chahiye. As long as apki mirchiya achche se cooked hai gastritis nahi hoga
