The end of this video saved the whole song for me. Whew!! I was bout to say HARD PASS until I finally heard the live part. Why is it so HEAVILY produced???! 😅 I love the new sound, hate the production tho. I would never produce a REAL mass choir as if it was a small community ensemble 😕😕
Facts. It sounds amazing especially the second half you’re right when you hear the full choir. I was actually there that night, and when they show the altos singing in the audience, they have a footage of me in the audience. It was amazing. And the song sounded so good at the recording.
Actually I’m wrong. I actually had a phone conversation with Stan. The guy it’s on here singing. We talked. And he told me the second half to overdose was still there. The sound just opened up because the audience was singing with the overdubs was still there. But it was a more open sound. But nothing actually changed.

But I think because this song gives it more of a CCM vibe they felt that this song will put them on the charts better and it did. It’s number one unfortunately CCM is overruling. But this is probably a 12 or 13 track album and this is a very diverse album in a great way so the traditional sound is still there and they’re contemporary urban as well.

This was recorded at Word of life Church, Flowood, Mississippi October 28, 2022 at 7:00 PM just a couple of miles a few miles outside of Jackson Mississippi about 10 or 15 minutes from downtown Jackson
