Evyeryone is always saying, how creed exploits the company by doing nothing, but when Stanley does it, nobody cares. He's even worse than Creed, because Creed is playing it safe, being inconspicuous, but Stanley openly hates his boss and was disrespectful towards him multiple times. And Michael didn't fire him, even when he had a full authority to do so.

I took a bread class in culinary school, and at the end of the day we'd take whatever leftover loaves, scones, etc. to the other kitchens and see if anyone wanted them (most of the time we could find takers, but not always, so we ended up with all the bread we wanted). The day we did pretzels, there was a line of chefs outside our kitchen with big paper bags, and they set upon us like piranhas on a dead cow once the door was opened. So yes, Pretzel Day is real, and universal.
