- watch this if you want to see me further damage my dead hair. i got a color melt to blend my grown out roots and toned down the brightness. i threw in heatless curls to compensate for the poor content. thank u

Perfect! Bleach blonde is mistake if you don’t have very short hair or naturally blonde hair that won’t be ruined during the process to reach the lightest shade.

Reverse balayage for highlights and a colour melt to blend in Roots got it. 👌🏻 This is what I think I would like in the future. ❤️😌

Hey, your hair turned out awesome!! I'm guessing the colorist used Redken Shades EQ for the color melt but do you have any idea which levels/shades she used? I'd like to do the same on my own hair but have been struggling to choose the right 3 shades! If you know or could find out I'd so appreciate it! Thanks, Cat
Thank you! believe she just used two colors: 6N for the darker root portion and 7N for the transition color below. And then she just used a toner for the ends!

I’m sorry I actually don’t, I just have what was in the video but I believe she used Redken shades eq 6N for the root portion and 7N for the transition color & then an ash toner for the ends! Hope that helps!
What is your natural hair color and could you get the same results with a box color?
My hair is naturally light blonde & I think it would be very hair to blend the colors seamlessly with box dye; however, I have seen a lot of videos where people do the root shadow portion with box dye. It is difficult though, and I would opt for Demi permanent dye instead of permanent!

Looks great, great work but just slightly too ash for your warmer skin tone. Something more darkish honey would have suited your skin. If you're wondering why you don't love it.. Cooler skin tone work better with dark ash blonde
Can you ask her what her step by step method was for execute this was- colours- toners - how she applied it to front vs back! I’m getting my girl to copy this
She used Redken shades EQ: 6N for the root portion, 7N for the transition color, and then just an ash toner for the ends
She dragged the colors further down with a brush in the back and left out some of my face framing pieces so the front could stay a little lighter!

This looks stunning but it's not darkblonde, this is actually a mid blonde shade. People tend to think hair colors are darker than they actually are :) still beautiful
Did you bleach your hair again after this?
This was Demi permanent dye so it faded back to my light blonde color, but I did get a partial babylight to blend it in with my roots when they grew out!
