Question: If I have already mentioned the required headcount from Sunday to Saturday then you said that at last the agent required should be 22 for the entire week.
This 22 Count for daily basis or for entire week ( Sunday to Saturday = 22 p )

We have 8 hours working hours per agent & 1 hour break but in plotting why we have added 9 hours. How will we can exclude the breaks from it if we have to plot in this way.
