I found Optic Football Mega Boxes, but could not believe what I was seeing at Walmart on drop day. Not only did the resellers try to barricade the lane with shopping carts, but a baby and stroller were brought in for reinforcement! Luckily I was able to slide right on by and snag a couple of the boxes they were in the process of grabbing! They were also weighing blaster boxes and OnePiece packs. They are an awesome group of dudes who unfortunately roam my area! 😂
I have been waiting to rip Optic Football for weeks, and am so happy I grabbed the boxes I did. These Mega boxes have Hyper Blue parallels with a Memorabilia or Autograph in every box. Exclusive to these Mega boxes are the Orange Scope Parallel numbered out of /79. I am hunting for Sam LaPorta and Jahmyr Gibbs Rated Rookies, but a CJ Stroud wouldn't hurt either. What do you think of this year's Optic Football? What is your best pull?

I waked into my store and right behind me another guy came in freaking out. 14 megas sitting and he just starts scooping them up. I reached in grabbed 1. Well I scored. Cj stroud teal velocity. It graded gem and is for sale on eBay now 😂

I’ve watched over 20 videos of mega box rips. Your 2 are the beat 2 Ive seen. Out of probably 60-80 boxes. So far they have been pretty bad, so great rips!
I like and hate to hear that haha! I agree, I have watched a ton of videos, and the Mega boxes seem to be junk almost every time. I have seen 2 autos from all of the videos combined, and hitting anything of value is scarce. The guys at the beginning of the video at Walmart were after the Value Packs, but honestly I haven't had any luck with them. I can't believe that these Mega boxes are going for over $100 on the secondary market still! Thanks for watching the video!

You and me both! The worst thing I witnessed besides the baby being used as a barricade, is the guy with the One Piece sleeve box taking the entire thing to the toy isle and weighing every pack. Then comes back to the card area and gives the box to the people waiting, saying he changed his mind and only wants a handful of packs. Before the card isle was open, they were yelling at everyone who wasn't behind them. Obviously I ignored the nonsense and grabbed what I could for myself and the guys behind me 😂 I was just happy that myself and a handful of others were able to get the Mega boxes without having to try and hurdle the baby, guy in the cart, and whatever other nonsense they had schemed.

When is a good time to hit WalMart to hopefully get some of these?
Every Walmart is different, but they normally will restock once a week. The day and time differs depending on location. It seems that most Walmarts have people waiting on restock day so it makes it almost impossible to find these. Thanks for watching!
@@B-RanBreaks unless it's the same day and time every week and it really truly is "random" when the restock takes place and these guys are there already waiting in line to nab them all up... how would you say they know which day and time the restock is? Do you think they have something worked out with the dude doing the restock maybe? Like pay him to call or text them when he's about to restock? Seems that type of thing is happening around my neck of the woods also. There has to be a way that we can put an end to it. Something has to be done or else the hobby will end up in the gutter whereas nobody is gonna want to pay double or even triple for retail products.
We're back in 2021 for trying to get a box or 2. People waiting in lines for hours all over again. I haven't seen a single box of any size of optic football or basketball
I will be honest, the resellers that were there in front of me had been there all morning waiting. I showed up as the stocker was leaving and ignored the guy trying to run the isle telling people what they could and could not do. I went right for the Mega boxes and grabbed 6-7 of them. I kept 2 for myself and gave the rest to the guys in line who couldn't get around the big guy because they were unable to get into the isle and around the barrier, I wanted to spread the wealth! I normally am considerate and let the people in front of me grab what they want, and most of the time it comes to an agreement where everyone takes 1, then we go from there. But with the guy barking orders and telling everyone that they will not touch the baby stroller or the guy in the cart, I wasn't having it. I slid in and grabbed what I could. He then stormed off with a cart full of items and proceeded to weigh everything in the toy isle, then came back and unloaded all the stuff that he "changed his mind" on and tries to be friendly with everyone still hanging out. Complete goof ball 😂
After seeing this again at Walmart and what is coming out of these Optic Football packs, they can have them! Thanks for watching!

I recorded the crew after I had the mega boxes under my arm. I couldn't risk trying to film while grabbing the boxes, I just went for them 😂
