    Hi Scott been watching some of your Reviews and I’m an amateur hobbyist magician that wants a trick that’s really good for close-up magic and it achieves really either visual or astonishing effect that I can either carry around in my pocket or it just in general great for close-up environments

      Glad you’re enjoying my reviews.
      Based on what you’ve said I think the best thing is to learn some card and coin sleights. You don’t need to buy props or gimmicks to achieve visual and astonishing effects.
      Some things I’d recommend are:
      C3 by Paul Wilson (card trick)
      Imagination Coins by Garrett Thomas
      Klink by Rune Klan
      $100 Bill Switch (classic method with tt)
      I carry the above with me almost everywhere I go. Imagination Coins and Klink both require a coin turtle.
      $100 bill switch can be performed anywhere in the world with any currency and people LOVE it.

      45mm wide.
      40mm deep.

    How is Sonore compared to Joao Miranda Equalizer? Is there any improvement or advantage? I have equalizer and the fact Sonore can only play one sound before you have to set up something on your phone really makes me hesitate to purchase it or not. You didn’t mention anything about the quality of the sounds it plays by default … thanks

    • @EverythingMagicPro99
      @EverythingMagicPro99  11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      You can, in fact make multiple (different if you wish) sounds consecutively with Sonore. It’s not that clear in the tutorial but Valentin messaged me to let me know it is absolutely possible. You DO NOT need to go back to your phone but you need to set that up. It’s not ready to go out of the box.
      Quality of the sound is great. It sounds like you’re really doing the thing being played. I wouldn’t recommend it if sound quality wasn’t good.
      I don’t own Equalizer but there are some key differences from what I can tell. I mentioned it in another comment (same question) that I’d say Equalizer is more for hobbyists but Sonore is a more creative system with a more elaborate setup.
      Sonore you properly wear. Equalizer much more straightforward and simple.

      Completely different setup. I’ve answered this in several other comments but Equalizer is a small device you can hide anywhere but you need to physically press a button and sounds are stored on an SD card.
      Sonore is a more elaborate system you wear and a more creative approach. Sonore is also completely hands free and pulls sound from your phone instead of an SD card.
      Sonore is also £100 cheaper.

    How's this compared to soundwave by NG2?

    • @EverythingMagicPro99
      @EverythingMagicPro99  12 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I don’t own Soundwave so I’m not really the best person to answer.
      However, I just watched the trailer and the end result is similar but the product you receive is VERY different. Soundwave is more simple and probably even more practical but Sonore is more complicated and creative.
      I would recommend Soundwave more for hobbyists and Sonore for more serious magicians.
      As I say though, I don’t own Soundwave. I’m just going by what I see on its trailer and I could be wrong.

      @@uknavynige Size : SOUNDWAVE is much smaller and easy to carry .
      Configurations: N2G is not as flexible as Sonore . You have to play sound 1 by one ,one click play one sound ,and it’s in consecutive way. If you want delay ,you’d need to add blank in your soundtrack .
      Sum up : I won’t buy these two . The solution could be easily set up by alternatives .

    How is this different from the gimmick in Sounds Amazing? We sued that gimmick on the Carbonaro Effect TV Show to great effect. And its programmable with 5 different sounds or music tracks.

    • @EverythingMagicPro99
      @EverythingMagicPro99  10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I don’t own Sounds Amazing, so I can’t comment on that but Valentin has shown me (also in the private FB group) that Sonore can actually be repeatable with lots of sounds. It’s just not spoken about on the tutorial.
      This also is programmable with LOTS of sounds. It pulls the sounds from your phone but you can have tens or even hundreds of sounds with Sonore.
      The setup/hookup is quite intrusive and won’t work for everyone but it’s creative, fun and quite genius.

    Do you not think not including a safety pin and a few chair leg protectors is just lazy though? I expect to be able to use out the box for 80 quid...

    • @EverythingMagicPro99
      @EverythingMagicPro99  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Kind of. While having the safety pins and foot felts should have been done, I’m still amazed how they included what they did for £80.
      For the work that went in to creating the Shortcuts and then the quality of other parts, I think it should be more like £100.
      When factoring in box art, packaging manufacturing etc…I don’t think Ellusionist will actually make that much money per unit.
      It’s actually probably cheaper for us to buy pins and foot felts than it would be for them to buy 5,000 and have to add another £5 for the RRP.

    I am looking for comparison between “Soundwave by N2G”.
    N2G ad is clear enough to say it’s a speaker .and the size is quite small ,so the question comes down to ,what is the sound quality between these two ? And the one inferior ,is it deceivable enough to audience ?
    Otherwise according to my friend who bought it ,it’s not suitable for everyday carry because of the set up and size and weight .

    Dear Scott. Thank you for your really nice and honest reviews. I have a question about SONORE. If I would like to make one recording wich is longer then one sound - it could be an interaction where you asked some questions to a matchboox, and the noice from inside the matchbox would reveal if it was a yes or a no. Could that be done? If it works the same way as a Bluetooth speaker I guess that you could make wery long sound sessions? Another question I have is about the sound quality compared to the Equalizer from Joao Miranda. I have the Equalizer but I would like the idea of making it play all kinds of recording with no limits, so I am thinking about buying the SONORE ass well. Thank you for your time. Robert

    • @EverythingMagicPro99
      @EverythingMagicPro99  12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, you can make long sounds like you describe with the matchbox. Valentin doesn’t mention a time limit, so I don’t know if there is a limit but I’ve added a full song to Sonore.
      I haven’t heard Equalizer, so I can’t compare but the sound quality on Sonore is very good.

    • @EverythingMagicPro99

      I don’t own Equalizer but I just watched the trailer. It looks like there are a few differences.
      Equalizer is self-contained and uses an SD card to store sounds. It also has a physical button you press to activate the sound.
      Sonore has a different setup with different controls. Sonore involves more setup on your body than Equalizer.
      They both achieve the same result but probably the main difference is Equalizer requires you to press a button. You still have to with Sonore but it’s completely hands-free. It’s a more creative solution than Equalizer. Sonore is also £100 cheaper.

      If I can add something, Sound quality was one of my top priority. Usually "element" of this size perform well high frequencies and poorly low frequencies. Here it allows to perform well on a wide range of frequency (low and high) which makes it great for sounds like the harmonica for instance or any other more complex sound.
