Remember making an infinite power pumpking deck. Usually used 2000+ power cards to start, or pumpking. The key was to use candle of fate to make them all zombies, and power them up from there to 9999.

beat the game on both sides, rank up leader a bit and they learn find hidden card ability (not listen in their leader abilities) then you move your leader to the space in the field where the hidden card is to obtain it. check gamefaqsdotcom for more info

@devildude21 oh and as for bakura, yes you could definitely discard one or even both of the royal decrees. ancient tree of enlightenment does the same thing and also has 1500 defense points, so if you stick it on crush territory then bakura wont be able to destroy it

Tico, do you know of a starter deck to DoTR that already has the ingredients for Pumpking, or if not, which at least has the low plants needed? (Since it's not hard to get the zombies from bonz/necromancer)
way i did ombie deck is i used skull knight black skull dragon meteor b dragon summond skull then hand of invitation turn them into ombies then kill hand card and summon pumpking in deffence mode turn field to yami then use maic power ups on my monsters
Instead of royal decrees remove both for a 1. wasteland 2. yami. Instead of paralyzing potions remove them for. 3. Dokurider ritual 4. Dokurider ritual 5. Dokurider ritual
the only thing I change is to have some traps like mermaid of goddess to stall against tough players and some yami terrain changing cards to speed things up. other than that it looks good to me. it can also be fun to run monster reborns and graveyard hand cards so when you flip them you can turn your enemies monsters into zombies and power them up. feels good to kill kaiba with zombie blue eyes
I love the zombies. Super fun. I run this deck with 3 pump kings and at least one more opportunity to get another one. Add in at least 1 wasteland card and it’s op

@devildude21 temple of skulls would negate wasteland. this deck is definitely capable of beating every opponent in the game, but against that particular boss an immortal deck would be easiest. hope this helped
Man i remember using this deck i had three pumkingnking and had attained a lot of cards from beat ing the dark castle guy and had played bones a ton so i had call of the zombie and boom i had an army of monsters. I remember i dueled kaiba and i let him do his thing and kept my monsters faced down and and had themm gained a ton of attack power. Well he did his ritual and summoned blue eyes ultima dragon and came to attack one of my cards which was 8000 attack he just put everything in defense

yeah zombies are cheap in deck cost and star cost. I gotta say I used them a lot in my playthrough, too. I never thought about fusing them though. Good stuff. Also, make an aqua deck!
this zombie deck is kind of sad looking. mine could kick this deck out. too many insufficient cards in this strand get temple of skulls and tree of enlightenment and then see how you build it

digaum999 you have to literally get a strong card early and have enough to play it, but its nearly impossible to try unless you have a dark hole

How do you end up with pumpking as your deck leader?
You play with him a bit, get him promoted and use him as a deck leader
You have to use the monster a lot to promote it. I used Ace as the player name to get him. Definitely a must have monster in deck.
