I heard a lot that repeating third scale is not an option cuz the overtones but i saw that you repeated it on the melody and know m confused

No worries! The idea of not repeating the 3rd has to do more with arranging chords than melodies. When orchestrating a chord, you want to avoid using the third more times than either the 1st or 5th. This helps keep the sound of your harmony nice and clean. However, you're more than welcome to use the third in your melody! In fact, since the 3rd is the most emotional note in a triad, it can be super helpful for giving your melodies more personality. You Don't really need to worry about it unless you're orchestrating a massive chord underneath :)
