생강과 소주를 넣어 숙성시키고나면 생강의 매운 맛이 조금 줄어드는지 궁금해요! 간혹 다진 생각 넣긴하는데 생강맛이 좀 쎄서 안넣게되더라구요..괜찮으면 좀 만들어둬야겠어요ㅎㅎ
저는 오히려 매운맛은 안나고 상큼한 소주가 된 느낌~
양을 실수로 해서 좀더 들어가면 생강맛은 안나고 상큼한 소주느낌이 더 강하다고 표현해도 될까요~
생강맛은 전혀 안났어요 혹시모르니 생강 너무 많이 넣지마셔요😉
