i have a 3 year old westie male who i am planning to stud shortly and plan to take a male pup from the litter. would my westie have problems accepting another dog into the house or would the pup try and take over.need some advice thanks in advance
NEVER leave a puppy in a room unattended. If you are in a possition where you are unable to watch your puppy, PLEASE, PLEASE put him in a crate for his safety.
Well done, but the most important thing is the slick floor! Keep in mind that pets running around crazy on slick wood/marble/granite floors could fracture their bones. Unfortunately, I have seen this happen often. They get so excited playing or such and don't have a real good grip on their pads and slip and slide all ove such slick floors. This is a real problem for senior dogs and or the giant breeds as they are more prone to hip dissplacia.
