Mate, in konami pes manual, they mention "Right analog stick" can be use to shift balance. Do you have a tutorial about it ?? Still a mystery to me how pro player can move and turn arround so smooth, maybe you can help me with this one. Thanx mate

As a foward one on one against the keeper regularly a faster

@@SpoonyPizzas You got one from me who just got back to PES after literally 10 years of playing FIFA. Pes is so promising this year. Plus, compare to other FIFA youtube channels, yours is more dedicated. And I like the fact that you show us all the tips even when the ball didnt come in. Others only show how effective there moves are by goals scored lmao, just so unreal.
Pes gameplay is so realistic. Compared to fifa. If the to games was combined it would be amazing. Fifa data base pes graphics and gameplay.
Pes has gotta get back to the things that make it successful in world soccer winning eleven days. I feel like they let the “competition” with FIFA get to their heads when really they shouldn’t even think about them or worry about them at all. Just try to make the best game possible. Sure Fifa is fine, but PES is and always has been a better game. Its a lot more satisfying and exciting (and frustrating...)
I discovered super cancel in PES 5, almost 14 years ago and my life has never been the same since then.

I know about super cancel for a few years now but haven't ever been bothered to learn how to use nor did I understand it. Finally I get it, super easy explaining and a great tutorial. Will try to use it now
Thanks dude, it's mainly used for cancelling passes and shots but yeah it helps take the game off the rails allowing you to come up with unlimited possibilities about the things you can do with this

This is should be the best vid from you Spoony. As your previous vids brought me back to Pes since the last pes08 I played. Been fighting with the Legendary AI and found so many struggles to beat them( as I could beat the AI from Fifa most of the time).This vid just helped me to found the key get over the AI and also level up my gaming exp. But I'll incorperate my former tactic on my friends, claim they can still not beat me and they WANT to win so badly then that I defend easy and score easy on the counter. It drives them mad and they are even easier to beat then because they go in one line to goal, I park the bus and counter them into oblivian. That was my tactic 15 years ago and probably still works. Some good old fashion psych ops 😂😂😂

Just wanna say thank you. I never understood fully what the super cancel could do and I thought it's only purpose was for leaving balls going out of bounds and cancelling passes but the defense super cancel makes it so much better !

@@SpoonyPizzas Yes, I was playing against players who had weaker teams but won most of the duels and got most of my passes. I almost thought they were cheating but this might have been the reason. I will practice it first and let us see if I reach the next level 😉 thanks a lot again
Always had the problem when defending, i try to not tackle them instead rush into them but sometime com made it hard for me because it stop running when reached opponent back. Didn't realise that I could use super cancel for it, THANK YOU! 😆😆

Super cancel is one of the best things in PES which Fifa for some reason doesn't have (as far as i know..)
however - for some reason this year - the super cancel just don't work in online modes - it shows the animation of the "cancel" yet it still does the action you wanted to cancel. i really hope they will fix it in the upcoming update

Late to the game on this video but it seems very useful. Been playing PES since release and never made use of it. Always thought it was too complicated. So now all these years later I'll give it a whirl. Haha

I'm late to PES this year anyway. I'm playing PES Lite cos its free. Last PES I bought was 2018, which was fun. 2019 seemed too slow and full of issues, heading for example!
I've been playing since ISS Pro, then ISS Pro 98 which was good. They need to sort the presentation, especially the commentary, make skill moves a bit easier to pull off and the legendary players like Maradona etc. easier to use, i.e. change the course of a game. At the moment they seem like peripheral team mates. But maybe I'm just not that good at the game. I just don't feel it should be so complicated to use those players effectively. I shouldn't need super-cancel for good through balls, beating players or scoring a long ranger.
What do you feel 2021 needs to change in order to get back to the best of PES ?

For me, it has to be Hug touchline, and False no9, wing to wing is going to be huge this year, exploiting that space....
@@JustDanielSon Definitely have to agree with that. I love false fullbacks and hug the touch line - that way your full backs fill into the space between your wingers and midfield to close down that extra space.

I have in issue about the Refree, i played maybe 80 matches and i dedn't see a red card
The refree gone to easy with the tuckling
I found myself using super cancel without even thinking about it. It works a treat for feints in the box. Playing BAL last year, I scored a few beauties feinting the defender and even the keeper, all using super cancel. The downside (in BAL anyway) is I got so used to pressing it, the game would take pressing r2 as me calling for a pass, which meant after just passing the ball, the ball receiver would look to pass it right back to me, despite me being badly positioned.
In BAL you have to double tap it so it shouldn't be an issue mate
@@SpoonyPizzas You don't understand dude, I am so trigger happy with it, I often do end up double tapping it! I don't even realize until I see my guy's hand go up in the air and I have an unwanted pass coming my way.

Great video again, but we really shouldn't have to use super cancel at all. As soon as we have control of a player we should have full control of that player. That's the whole point of playing a game surely
This may help me, I'm not that pro , but in previous PESs I played in top player difficulty and had no problems scoring. In pes20 I'm struggling
1 touch passing + 1-2 passing. It works!

Spoony it's hard to see the changes u make in the player movements using super cancel because of the stadium cam so using zoom during replays might fix the issue

Of I use SC to make my player run wider (as the example of Douglas Costa on the wing), when I release it, my player sometimes can't regain control of the ball. It runs through him like he's not there. Am I using SC for too long? Should I use it to get my player back to the ball?
Sometimes it feels authentic as IRL players sometimes can't sort their feet out.
What I love doing is when the balls ahead in crossing position, using super cancel to run wider and arc my run to cross it in if that makes sense. But if I don't press cross, sometimes the player will run over the ball like it's not there...
It's just about getting the timing right mate. He will make contact. I have a short video coming out tomorrow about first touch using super cancel.

Currently I'm trying to Implement the jockey/sprint/SC defending and the shoulder barge you did the video on but I'm struggling with it. Defo since lowering the difficulty, it's making defending easier so I can get them down (and switching to manual controls has made attacking harder so I'm not winning 5-0 without trying!)

When we see L3 getting blue on the DS4 layout. Do you press the stick at that moment? (around 2:55 for example)

Just bought PES and a ps4 (for the kids :wink:) and a lot have happend since international super star soccer on the snes or the first pes on the ps1 (that was my last console). Get my ass kicked hard by the computer, your tutorials or gonna get me there.
So my biggest issue in PES is getting stuck behind a striker who is shielding by defender off to receive a long ball. I can never get around him and the striker is almost always able to win the aerial battle and lay the ball off to a teammate. Will super cancel allow me to reposition around the striker?
Separately, the computer has an insanely high scoring rate for free kicks inside of 25 yards. I'm talking 75-80 percent of the time they score. I have a good goalkeeper (De Gea) and I use the guess mechanic to anticipate and have guessed correctly every time. I just can't keep them out.

I've made the switch from fifa and I'm struggling on the 5th difficulty level. I like your vids, but I miss the "why" of supercancel. It's obvious when you do it for a fake, but why when you are running after a loose ball? Is it because the COM is that bad you have to take over manual most of the time?
I lost so many games when I first started playing pes20 never played a pes game before. It’s so realistic don’t think I’ll buy fifa again. It’s just a shame about the kits etc.
Macca 90 look into pes 2020 option file for ps4 you can customise in lots of ways very easily and theres loads of great free content out there (not available on xbox as far as I’m aware though)

Hey dude, I'm good mate. Parts of FIFA is enjoyable but for some reason it gets boring fast for me. I can play 2 or 3 games before every game feels much the same. Morecambe :) good idea to start in the lower leagues though

You can verify that exists various channels that offers a content with a quality very bad, and still have a great quantity of subscribers. If you produce Brazilian subtitles in your videos, I think that your channel can grow much more, if you invest in your Brazilian pes community. Good luck and congratulations for your amazing videos

@@SpoonyPizzas there are some youtube content producers who encourage their subscribers to produce subtitles in other languages, but I confess that the channels they do do not have the same profile as subscribers to a game channel. Alternatively, you can use Google's own API to subtitle your audio and then download those subtitles and then play on Google Translate. I think I've seen videos talking about it. If I find it, I share the video with you
You're definitely a master of Super Cancel Bro! The thing about creating confusion ONLINE is really awesome. You've basically showed all the ways to use Super Cancel. Just a quick question though... Is it okay to use Super Cancel and Pressing with X at the same time?
Thanks dude. Good question...if you have the ball in possession then super cancel is automatically disabled until you perform an action e.g. a pass/shot. If you don't yet have the ball or are about to receive the ball holding super cancel will prevent any passes/shots so it's important to release super cancel just before.
Based on my experience all you said is definitely true, your explanations are pretty good. But my question is specifically for the case when the opponent received the ball at around 10:34 when you used Super Cancel and Press simultaneously and I'm not sure if Super Cancel really cancels the Pressing itself 😃 if you know what I mean... cuz in my opinion defending like that and especially against legend AI is the hardest thing in the game... like when they dribble slowly and you can't take the ball from them.
What camera angle is is that you are using for example for the first goal?

Hi mate, I configured the control pad seen to be default controls. If youve switched special controls over then yes... You'll have to press R1 and L2 mate

Being the only game that will ever have Celtic Park, Ibrox, and Hampden in it played a large part in me coming back, but now I realise the gameplay and feel is astronomically better than FIFA. Question. I have noticed when you pass the ball with the goalkeeper you use the triangle and also hold R1. And when CR7 when he is about to score with square with the head. Why?. PS. Best teacher in TH-cam... All my respect
Hey dude, thanks for the kind words mate. Ronaldo...bad habit from previous PES where pressing triangle would result in a downward header. As for goalies...must be accidental press.
Basically free run/jockeying. How is this running so well?? Mine is a jerky mess!! Poor response to players. Also what settings have you got on. Pass support level? Through ball level and shooting.
Also I’m not seeing the x marker. Must be as I have all power bar and stuff turned off.

I use Supercancel since pes 6 or something but on pes2020 the Supercancel is not working properly! Lofted passes, through ball and shoots! I only played online and for me on Xbox it is not working.....
Super cancel.is far more than what you just said though
