What happens if you have you knobs set in a specific way in one live set, and then you save, open a new live set and change the knobs and then open the live set again and the knobs are not the same as before but the volume and sends etc. are as you saved them. Whats happens with the mixer? do you have to turn back the knobs in the exact way again?
Hi! How the snap in the center works for the knobs? Does it bother when you don't need it? (I mean, does it interfiere with the movement when you want to go from 0 to 100 not -50 to 0 to 50)

as far as I know it isnt. the device has the factory midi configuration for ableton, and generic midi mode. not sure if ableton even supports a different midi configuration for individual devices.
fyi enabling "sync" in the midi settings for a device like this does absolutely nothing and you don't need to enable it for anything except devices that actually need to send or receive midi sync signals (like sequencers). I don't think you even need to enable "track" because that's for sending notes to tracks. You only need "remote".

Kinda. His set is more live than mine. I use a bit more pre-planning for lighting/visual control reasons.

why does the clip matrix doesnt appear? I have one and im trying to figure out how to enable it.

do you guys think this would be better than the apc 40 to compliment ableton push ?
APC 40 is kinda similar to a launchpad + launch control. Its more expensive though.
