This human being is 1 of my top 5 artist in my opinion. Besides the smash hits she produce, the 1 song that should of been a hit is Settle for my love. After I heard it, I'd play it 20 more times. Til this day, it is still one of my favorites. Even had a crush oh her for sometime after hearing that song. I love songs that are so unique that touches the heart and soul. God allowed her to do that for a guy in me. I saw her name in the credits of the movie Robert Townsend produced and saw her as a conductor on some award show I said to myself she's laid back musician and she blew up on the scene just enough to land her where she is today, and that is she is a teacher/professor instead of a entertainer thats just shows off how rich they are. I truly thank you Dr. Rushen. Truly deserve what you've worked for without letting it tear you down. Im glad C Davis let her out of the contract.
