"Emotions Are Running High!" Reform UK Plans Private Prosecution Of Men In Manchester Airport Fight

- Despite Reform UK’s initiative to launch private legal action against the two Muslim brothers, no charges have been brought.
Footage of a fracas at the airport went viral and appeared to show an officer kicking and stamping on the head of Fahir Amaaz, 19, as he and his brother Muhammed Amaad, 25, were restrained by officers.
Further footage, obtained by the Manchester Evening News, emerged days later which showed the immediate lead-up to the incident on July 23, including when two female police officers were hit to the ground before Mr Amaaz was incapacitated with a Taser.

I live in Rochdale and it gives me no comfort knowing these thugs are still freely walking the streets. Also such lack of action will encourage similar foul behaviour from other members of the community.
I live in Bury and I saw the protests in Rochdale and Manchester with my own eyes . I saw BLM going nuts in St Peters Square and blocking traffic and threatening the public and only 2 police deployed to deal with it. That was before the full video was leaked

Let's not forget the authorities wanted to know who leaked the second video showing the thuggery that resulted in such violence. Why were they adamant that the video should be blocked. The police reaction was on the spur of the moment and seeing the whole scene, puts things into perspective.
Because the police, the judiciary and the government are terrified of the Muslims.

The only issue here is that the CPS can take over the private prosecution case anytime and water it down. Reform is fully aware of that.

The police need to do more. Sending a file is not enough. Their own people are being thrown under the bus in order to enforce two tier justice.
The police can be vocal, they can take industrial action and other such legal challenges.
They can't sit back and just say; "we sent a file".
Do we want such a police force, one that is too scared to do their job when they face criminality from one group of people?
The police *cannot* do more, it is the CPS who make the charging decisions in these cases.
Don't forget there is also an inquiry into who leaked the 2nd CCTV, I'm sure that's keeping them busy. 🙄

Quite agree. They are scrutinized and have to justify every move made against criminals, yet they are expected to deal whatever is thrown at them, for our safety. We need to back them up as they are dealing with other cultures that think differently to us.

Why are the CPS so slow? They have the ability to act extremely swiftly as we have seen with the riots etc. This matter has become a festering boil on the governments bum and they are afraid to pop it.

From what I saw the mother claims she was racially abused on plane and all the staff etc ignored it, then her sons confronted the guy at a Starbucks in the airport or something. True or not who knows. I mean they are lying over the black eye cause you see in the video her own son does that and the incident seemed to blow up quickly so they are probably just thugs to start with
