Just a FYI. It is advisable to do this on a non stick pan. I have a mould with a lever pressing . It did not work for me as the tension prevent it to press through. I guess the mould shown here would be the best to do these. Thanks for the upload. 👍🏼

1) won't the noolappam stick to the bottom, is just brushing with oil enough.
