Would have enjoyed if Kit’s father had not yet died. As a good daughter, provided care with kindness so the Old King continued and able to see the conniving of the Grand Duke. (Is the “Grand Duke” the older King’s brother but behind Kit in succession?) Seems Grand Duke made some agreement that Kit expected to marry the Princess Cerlina of Zaragoza.Why?IfKit really “apprentice”or”in training” would be in on the negotiations and aware of the alliance and why.
