I am very active, but do not get enough magnesium and potassium. I buy powdered magnesium malate, calcium citrate, potassium (nu salt or Morton No Salt) and pink Himalayan salt; and mix my own drink mix according to what I know I am missing. The tendency to get cramps in toes, feet and legs will tell me my electrolytes are out of balance. The drink mix works perfectly for me. It tastes a bit salty and a bit gritty, but is palatable at room temp. I mix a tall glass of it in the AM and drink 1/2 AM and 1/2 PM before bed. I suggest drinking it through a straw and mixing frequently while sipping it.
Thanks so much for talking about this really helps to understand it
