They have been working on improving their previous iteration for years now. Not redesigning it from the ground up. Henry Quinney has a really great video up where he talks to the engineers and explores the changes they made.

@@frankthetankricard yeah but it is heavier and with more flex than an upside down. Will look at the video but to me it feels like they simply wanted the new fork to look like a boxxer because of brand recognition so to speak.
