I really admire what the country does to promote the future of transportation up there, clean renewable energy and charging infrastructure. I cannot say the same about my country (Belgium) which does so little... Well done Norway, you're showing the way!

The road to Berlevag has the most epic landscape I have ever visited. Vast tundra, extremely rugged terrain with sharp rocks, very different from rest of Norway. It looked almost like around the next corner would be a hideout of a villain from an action movie.
    Keep it up Bjorn!

Great video Bjørn as always. Don't think Fortum will run any risk by putting up those chargers. There's will be a hell of a lot of tourists from may to october with EV's, and the locals gets an incentive to buy EV's and the numbers will definately increase. It will also be so much easier to move around in the north with EV's with shortser charging stops

I did a roadtrip through Norway the last three weeks. I managed with superchargers but needed some extra in Geiranger. Unfortunately that Fortum charger there just gave me 35 kw in stead of 50 kw. Some work to do if Fortum wants to compete with Tesla.

Bjørn Nyland , Hi Bjorn. I have seen most of your videos, and enjoy and admire them. I have built 3 electric cars and now own the first Kona in Australia. Of course I charge at home off my own off grid Solar.
However I do find waiting for a charge while going on a trip boring and I usually spend more in the shops while waiting, than I would buying fuel. It’s OK if you can sit there editing videos!
I also am the first to rent an Ioniq from Thrifty in Christchurch and do a 1200 k trip round Queenstown. The Range anxiety and freezing conditions to make sure we get there is unforgettable.
I do love out Kona, but why do I need 3 different adapters before venturing out?
I am about to take a trip to Rockhampton in Queensland...should be interesting! If you give me your email, I will let you know how it goes.
Keep up you good honest work, but I still say carrying all those cables indicates we are early adopters!
