20mm vs 24mm is huge different , I will choose this one even a bit soft at wide open. 😌

just bought it for my a7cii… I just can’t live with 2 prime G lens 24/2.8 and 50/2.5 when travelling even though they are smaller… this tamron fills my need and 20mm wide end is a plus….

Yeah it sounds like a great option for you if just wanting one lens for the session! Those Prime G Lenses look pretty awesome as well, although I have not used them yet myself....
