Yes, I feel like this game is still incomplete now. But there will be a big update this year. (Official) I experienced NewWorld(New update) at the game exhibition(Korean G-star). There will be a lot of changes in many areas, including various bosses and quest systems. You might wonder if it's worth buying now. But I think it's better to buy it before the price goes up. The reason they don't support mods is because the developers do not want to hand over work to users. Mods offer a lot of possibilities but it could just be the developer's intention to enjoy it with mods. And this game is close to RPG, so using mods can make the game very easy or close to cheat.
How much is the game on quest 2? Cause I’ve got a buddy who’s getting a vr set soon and I wanna find a good coop game, so it’s either this or dungeons of eternity but this looks cooler.
I tried to hold off on buying the game until the massive update but decided to take the plunge after their recent announcement. Wow, what a gem. I've only gotten as far as the 2nd floor but have been enjoying it immensely. The combat physics is one of the best out there imo. I hope the devs continue to expand on the game (post gold and/or sequel) as the foundation is pretty solid.
I have both. DoE is a more polished experience, as of now. The combat is better, easier, more fluid. However, both are good. I would buy DoE now and this later, when they update it.
Im really trying to like this game it just feels really unpolished. Grasping and holstering mechanics feel really dated and melee combat either feels awesome or like a total clusterF*&!. Movement and menu settings are super frustrating and tips like how to store items is pretty much absent. I think this game has potential but it feels way behind the current VR Melee standard. Im still under 2hrs so im wondering if I should give this another try or if I should refund 😕
I prefer this games melee system over most modern VR games. The melee combat was the main thing that tied me in actually. Id also say this game is pretty polished, just lacking in content. But I do agree on the settings, Inventory and movement part. At least the movement will be updated with an added dash in the next update if not more, whenever that may be. But hell, this is just my opinion on it. This game still is in my Top 3 VR Games and ive 100%ted it. In the end you need to decide yourself. If you end up refunding for now: the devs planned to raise the price upon the full release of the game. So if you want to come back, keep that in mind.

Sadly its not on Quest :(
It was turned down by Meta twice so its a PCVR only game now.
I absolutely love this game! I would 100% recommend it. This game is a hidden gem!
Does this game have music in the hub and dungeons?
Theres like 1 Track for the Hub and 1 for the dungeon so not a lot.
But the upcoming update will probably add more
i wish more people made videos of this game :(
Yeah, Ill be going all in on this after the update
Nice overview. Did you not talk about what mods it has to offer on purpose, forgot to include or any other reason?
Legendary Tales doesnt support mods and the devs said theyre not going to start doing so for now. Or what type of mods do you mean?
@@GrivinVR idk, I just thought it had mods
Oh i mistook "blade and sorcery" and "legendary tales". My bad

Yuh, its sad that there still is no content update but the game itself is more than enough of a solid base game. Its def in my top 3 VR games
is there teleport movement? my coop friend can't do locomotion
Sadly not
Awesome
Hmm this or dungens of eternity

STR pronounced strength btw.
