if you preas the home button in the menu it should give you the ablity for all your iteams

Sometimes yes but not always, in my case I have lost the sword of naa and a crystal and it was not in my book either on the home tab nor the storage.

I lost my tier one mind crystal, and It won’t respawn. I also can only get three of them before it apparently starts giving shards, will this work?

Yes this will work and yes 3 is the max afterwards you just get shards

You can get all the crystals for the different powers but they can only be upgraded 3 times
