This was SO good! THIS morning I was thinking about this again, how I need a godly friend! I tried before (disappointments/betrays), gave grace an all when the person had a busy/tough season, also most of the time I am considered the ‘older & wiser’ one even if I am younger & open/vulnerable... people just seems to think that I got it all together! On top of this comes the fact that (for about 2,5 years now) I am a pastor’s wife in a foreign country. So yeah, it is a real thing! I am part of pastor’s wives groups online and it has blessed me A LOT!, but nothing in personal yet. I am thinking about starting a group. This conversation has been an encouragement to me to just continue to pray and be intentional again(!) to reach out and let God guide. This is a great discussion. Friendships have been always tough for me. But, as I've grown with Christ it's becoming more and more important that over time, I need to continue to work towards being that healthy person myself and then with this discussion being intentional about building healthy relationships. I hope you continue to discuss this topic. It's one of my goals for 2019!

Lord knows I long for a Sisterhood like this. Women who know how to celebrate each other and love each other without all the foolish gossip, jealousy, or judgements. Women who literally hold each other accountable. Have their own relationship with TMH. Maybe I have to heal first. It's hard for me to make friends because I know once I care about you I give my heart to you and I trust that you value me as much as I value you... I honestly don't want it broken or violated. I know TMH will send me a circle of married women who don't see me as supply. In the mean time, I'm in my healing process! This is so beautiful!

This is something I'm in constant prayer about. Being new to Dallas has been so hard. I'm from California too, and know no one here. But in regards to meeting other sisters in Christ it has been a struggle I totally understand the importance of being able to relate. One reason I know it has been hard to meet girl friends is because I'm working a lot doing all that God has called me and my family here to do. Another is I dont trust people and their motives of with my personal life. I'm currently in prayer and fasting that God sends me a sister in Christ to be just that a sister/friend/someone I can trust/family/and prayer warrior. This is beautiful praying God can answer this prayer for me soon. It's been 6months now. Thank you for sharing this Chrystal this gives me hope.💜🙏

I hear ya. I don’t trust women either. Until the Church starts to teach Women how to walk in integrity and love, this loneliness many of us feel will continue to grow. I want to be able to share and listen without having someone tell my secret thoughts to another friend or someone else in the Church. I want to be able to invite another woman over without her hitting on my husband. I know this seems like an awful thing to say, but someone had to say it and it might as well be me! God’s Girls must have each other’s backs instead of sharpening knives to put in each other’s backs.
I pray for a sisterhood like this especially now as I renewed my walk with God. It would be soooo great to have someone share/reflect on the experiences I am having learning the different books. The stories are so fascinating and eye opening. The purpose of me starting my YT channel was to start a podcast sharing my walk with God but my anxiety has gotten the best of me. I'm working through it and started to write on my YT community page. I'm glad I found this YT channel. The entire family is great.
ok, i saw this and i tried so hard to ignore it because i had other plans for the day which were pressing and still are but heck i couldn't resist; it was so worth it! i did this with a few friends (also students) when i was studying in a foreign country and was broke most of the time, it was literally life saving, like i would not have graduated, without the weekly prayer time when i could offload and have people who loved me carry me in prayer. Overtime life happened and we went our separate ways, but the positive impact on my life, well i will never be the same again. I have been asking God for real friends, am going to take the advice and show myself friendly and boldly approach people as the Holy Spirit leads! by the way our prayer group had guys and gals, for those who feel they cant do gals only, it just happened that way.

This is so awesome. I'm in a season in my life where God is allowing me to serve others and get out of my comfort zone. I now have a friend who we pray for eachother, and attend events involved with church. We're still building our sisterhood to be able to get together more often, pray together and have play dates with the kids. Sisterhood is so important, and I am now seeing why its important to have more intentional women in our loves who are living for Jesus....those kind of women makes all the difference ❤ I love this channel.

I was part of 3 community groups at different times and they all dissolved. We just never really meshed and so the groups dissolved for other reasons as well. But I look at this sisterhood and I just want to weep. I have sisters & we're not as close as this group is. And my heart hurts for not having something like this in my life. I pray that I will and very soon bc I'm dying on the inside.

Woooww! I'm so glad that I stumbled on this video. This was the most refreshing conversation on sisterhood & friendship I've ever watched. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that the foundation of this sister circle was prayer. I'm sitting hearing reflecting on the sister circles I've established that were centered around prayer, health, and other interests (running, book clubs, etc.) I must say that having intentional sisterhood has changed and saved my life! Especially as a single woman! I've relied on my girls during different seasons and it's help me evolve into the woman I am today. I wish that every woman could have a sister circle! I have 3 in my circle. One died in 2014. There have been some evil and dishonest devils, that pretended friends, but God alerts you, that you need to ghost them.

This was amazing to watch. It was very validating. It makes me even more thankful for the sister's I have in my life & grateful that we are not alone. We have been called a clique as well and have had to come through some conflict but by the grace of God it has made our sisterhood stronger. It makes me really believe that God is the author of our friendships, if we allow Him to be.

Woooww! I'm so glad that I stumbled on this video. This was the most refreshing conversation on sisterhood & friendship I've ever watched. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that the foundation of this sister circle was prayer. I'm sitting hearing reflecting on the sister circles I've established that were centered around prayer, health, and other interests (running, book clubs, etc.) I must say that having intentional sisterhood has changed and saved my life! Especially as a single woman! I've relied on my girls during different seasons and it's help me evolve into the woman I am today. I wish that every woman could have a sister circle! It's soooo necessary! Thank you for this video Chrystal!

I have 3 in my circle. One died in 2014. There have been some evil and dishonest devils, that pretended friends, but God alerts you, that you need to ghost them.
This is my second time viewing this video, and I give praise to Yahweh for confirming that this is what His church need in our woman members, I commit to surrendering to the Set Apart Spirit to guide myself and anyone else He place in my path. ABBA help us Your daughter's to see that we have power in Your Name, that we need each other's, Father help us put You first then everything else will be added, help our relationship to be organically focuse in You, in Yahshua's Name I pray. This was amazing to watch. It was very validating. It makes me even more thankful for the sister's I have in my life & grateful that we are not alone. We have been called a clique as well and have had to come through some conflict but by the grace of God it has made our sisterhood stronger. It makes me really believe that God is the author of our friendships, if we allow Him to be.
