I think most reverse diet protocols have you jump up halfway between your pre diet maintenance and cut calories so it really isn’t an extended diet… also if you use an app like carbon it puts you to maintenance immediately
Different for everyone, I noticed a spike in about week 4, 400 cal increase from maintenance. But I had also been taking biotin and vit d so those maybe have had a role as well

After the diet has finished Week 1 - 1600 per day Week 2 - 1700 Week 3 - 1800 Week 4 - 1900 Week 5 - 2000 (Maintenance calories) Then, I'd suggest stay at maintenance and train hard for 1 or 2 weeks more. After that increase metabolism: 1. Eat 2100 per day until you stop gaining weight 2. Eat 2200 per day and repeat. This way, you can increase your metabolism to 3000, gain 2-3kg ofgood amount of muscle and minimal fat. You eat more, you feel better and you look better.
