    I think most reverse diet protocols have you jump up halfway between your pre diet maintenance and cut calories so it really isn’t an extended diet… also if you use an app like carbon it puts you to maintenance immediately

      Different for everyone, I noticed a spike in about week 4, 400 cal increase from maintenance. But I had also been taking biotin and vit d so those maybe have had a role as well

    Hi! Does anyone know if reverse dieting can work if my metabolism is broken not just due to dieting, but also taking antidepressants! These pills made me gain a lot of weight and when I stopped taking them, even though I'm eating very little, I have lost nothing

    Is it 100 cals per day or 100 per week? So if I was eating 1500 cals per day do I now eat 1600 every day for the week and next week I eat 1700 per day?

      Yep.
      After the diet has finished
      Week 1 - 1600 per day
      Week 2 - 1700
      Week 3 - 1800
      Week 4 - 1900
      Week 5 - 2000 (Maintenance calories)
      Then, I'd suggest stay at maintenance and train hard for 1 or 2 weeks more.
      After that increase metabolism:
      1. Eat 2100 per day until you stop gaining weight
      2. Eat 2200 per day and repeat.
      This way, you can increase your metabolism to 3000, gain 2-3kg ofgood amount of muscle and minimal fat.
      You eat more, you feel better and you look better.
